It’s a good idea with smooth mechanics (although not optimized for an iPhone X screen whatsoever), but there is almost no way to tell whether firing or approving of employees is going to be beneficial or not. I swiped right (positive reaction) on someone who wanted to offer coupons, was always on time, put in maximum effort, and had pleasant conversation with coworkers and my company’s public perception approval went DOWN. I’m not sure how that guy would make customers unhappy. It’s too subjective, I don’t feel as though my decisions actually matter.
