The Bigger Blacker Book is a sexual health tracking tool that is intended for use primarily by men who have sex with men. It was designed to make it easier to keep track of the who, what, when, where and how you have sex. You can add as much or as little detail about each encounter as you want (you don't even need a name). Not only can this be your little black book, but it can help you learn more about your sexual behaviors and what kinds of behaviors are riskier than others, but it can also help you track the quality of those encounters (to help you recall when someone should not get a repeat performance).
In addition to tracking your sexual activities, we also allow you to track your sexual medical history but allowing you to track your sexual health screenings and recording the results. If a test returns a positive result, you can use the app to see who you need to contact!
Get statistics, keep a diary, be proactive with your health. Stop using spreadsheets and notepads to keep track! Let this app keep track for you, and show you lots of analysis on the activities and numbers you are most interested in!
Now integrated with HealthKit to allow you to use this information in other apps!
One of the guiding principles of this app is privacy and data security. The data you create only exists on your device (unless you have set up a cloud backup), and we collect the absolute minimum information on our users (which we use for debugging purposes) and only if you opt-in. We deliberately do not use a mapping service like Google to prevent an inadvertent trace of your sexual acts around town. We do not believe that your sexual health data should be mined and shouldn't belong to anyone else. It is yours and yours alone.
This app was written by the Better Fraternization Foundation, that believes that sex should be fun and had responsibly. Let us help you and together we'll make a stronger, healthier community.

This version was really about polishing up some rough edges and plug a security leak:
- Removed dependency on Google when looking up your location. A user noted that Google could track which app you were using and where you were when you were using it when we used their services to convert your location to a specific city. So we rewrote the whole thing. You can now lookup your location without needing the internet! Security for the win! Thanks to Kevin and Billy for pointing that out.
- Cleaned up the Activities screen to make it more iOS specific. If you haven't added your own activities yet, check out the "My Activities" screen on the Settings menu.
- Added a Donation screen to allow people to help support this app. Still advertising free and we'll never sell or track your data without your express permission.
- Added some delay between typing your pin and showing the calendar.
- Added the rating to the Encounter screen so you know how good that last encounter was.
- Updated the icon set (thanks Max!)

Keep it Simple, Keep it Safe
For those of us LESS interested in keeping a record of all of sexual exploits, I’ve actually found BB Book to be worth the use. It’s hard to always remember exactly when I met up with someone and exactly what we did. Fortunately, when the health department called about a possible HIV exposure, this app made it easy to determine who I needed to contact.
I also love that the information I put in here about my contacts remains private. Especially for individuals who dabble with members of the LBGT+ community. I don’t have to worry about unknowingly outing them, but can keep tabs for the reason listed above.

Super insightful...a few suggestions tho!
Absolutely love this app, super insightful if you’re someone who likes to keep tabs of their sex lifers Or maybe you’re a sex worker and keeping a ledger of sorts comes in handy for various reasons. ANYWAY, would love to see a group function added. I want to be able to make a group and add multiple friends i have logged to it, not just necessarily making a group “activity”....I’d also love to see the analysis have a function to break it down by a specific friend. I’d love to be able to see how many times I did “activity X” with Johnny over a period of time of my choosing!

Add customization
Ability to add custom fields for 'other' section and add custom sections with ability to add sub fields.
Also, if I'm in the mood for a certain kind of night I want to be able to search for certain attributes that will bring up encounters based on the extended I had and am looking for based on my entry.

Glitching :(
I downloaded this when I saw someone online using it. It looks amazing and I’m eager to try it, but there’s a glitch. I’ve deleted and reinstalled three times and when I get to the FaceID/crash report part of setting up, either the FaceID keeps flashing on and off or the crash report screen literally crashes when I hit a button. Hope to see a fix soon! I’d love to get to the functional part of the app!

Great for tracking and details
BB book is a great tracker. It really is the black book with tons of user friendly options to filter through. Down to the details and kinks and options to add comments and see statistics. It is my go to!

It’s nice, but….
I wish you could manipulate the amount of loads given or received per encounter. I would much prefer a load counter than having all these other details. I think it would be an easily integrated feature that would make this app absolutely great! Until then: meh….
