Incredible, innovative new way to meditate!
A creative and fantastic spin on traditional guided mediation. This is especially great for the times when you just don’t feel like having someone talk you through the motions, and you just want to sit back, close your eyes, and let your mind go... all the while knowing you allowing your mind to work more efficiently, and function more clearly.
There is a lot of really cool science behind binaural beats, but all I know is that I felt more relaxed after the relaxation tracks...more alert and focused after tracks for focus and clarity...slept like a baby after falling asleep to the sleep tracks... The results and proof are in the practice and continued use!!

Unexpected Love
In the past I have gone for guided meditation but after one night of using one of The sleep specific meditations and I was hooked. I was so relaxed and fell asleep before the session ended. It was a pleasure to not be interrupted by a voice telling me what to do next. After that I went on to try several other meditations and I have NOT been disappointed. This app helps me relax and be a calmer and less anxious version of myself. A new and great meditation experience. It’s a must.

Look No Further
Look no further - this program did more for me than I imagined. Like most people, I can’t find the time in my life for daily meditation. But, like most people, I have my phone and earplugs handy at any given time. So instead of mindlessly checking my email, I will open this App and close my eyes for a few minutes. Listening to the beats is like magic - and this is from a busy working parent. You won’t regret it - try it!

I could feel my mind switch gears
Using the sleep pack, I could sense my mind and body switching gears. I fell asleep within minutes and felt a sense of clarity and almost a sense of joy upon waking. This is coming from a working mom of a toddler and sleep is a deeply emotional issue for me. The waves are beautifully engineered and definitely brought something positive to the surface. I am excited to explore the other packs.

Really well designed
