To bingo master

To the makers of bingo master well I’ve been playing I won uptown was $20 I went to take it out and it said it only let me take out money that I didn’t deposit what is going on with that if I win money even if you guys give us money and we win more money we should be able to claim that money if you guys can fix this I would appreciate it so somebody can actually win something I don’t know why you guys can’t just pay us out like we were supposed to think I’m gonna have to find a new bingo game just when I thought I was having fun with this one now that I lost all my money I will not put any more money into it thanks for nothing

Doesn’t Make Sense

I downloaded this game and had a lot of fun playing until I really started to pay attention after my first cash out. First of all, I purposely lost games to get rid of the bonus cash. I lost it all and had only .20 in bonus cash… I made a $5 deposit… I immediately went back to check my withdrawal amount and all of the sudden I now have .40 in bonus cash and cash out the $5 I literally just paid in. How is that when I didn’t play a game or do anything at all?? Then to top it off my freaking Visa is charging me a percent for every deposit because this company shows up as being in Singapore and is an international charge. I guess that’s Visa or my banks fault but I will be calling them as these charges didn’t show up until a day after…. The game itself is fun, however I feel like your bonus cash is not honest and I am pretty upset that I have so many bank fees over this game.

Bingo button

I’m not sure that anyone else has this problem! But I have been screwed out of so many bingos because of the location of the bingo button! It’s right by the kill/clear app button, and instead of it giving me bingos it tries to kill my page, and then ends the game! Completely screwing me out of bingos, and possible wins! Just a thought to change that location

Payouts

I play many other games and their payouts are actually immediately put back on the Credit Card used or deposited into my bank overnight. On some occasions, it may take two days. I have noticed you use PayPal!!!!! Anytime I have played games in the past the Developers whom used PayPal were usually scam artists. AND you guessed it. Usually, you never received your money or you had to wait 1-4 months. I pray you don’t prey on the misfortune of others and leech their hard earned income for your benefits. I have a few pending withdrawals. If they actually come through I’ll change my rating to a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️. I hope you built this APP with the GOLDEN RULE in mind.

Not happy

After playing for about two weeks straight and winning and enjoying the game right when I play four games back to back $10 and $21 dollars games my game now pops up network error and now I can see my wins or losses and with that being a issue with my game I can’t play the run for $500 game I could have achieved due to how much I been playing! I have contacted the support team and they have responded once I’m not getting a response into why my game is doing that!!! this is beyond very frustrating and very disappointing!!!! I would love to have my money back!

Worst game ever

I deposited $40 into my account played about five dollars of it won first place on every single money class and now I didn’t win my money didn’t get my money refunded to me but they have no record of me depositing that 40 or the money classes that I won’t in Game is a total rip off

Waiting for payment since 3/30

I’ve been waiting on my payment since March 30, it’s been pending. Before you respond and say it takes one to four weeks for payment it’s been over four weeks.
Bingo cash and crush pay within days. Haven’t cashed out on bling yet but sure they pay faster too.
You can take PayPal out right away but can’t pay right away?
Also emailed several times and NO response whatsoever!
Why would I play your game over others when it takes so long to get your money? If you get your money. Have yet to see mine!

Oughtright Steals Your Money

The higher you bet, fewer #’s on your card get called until you’re betting $12 to only have 1 or 2 #’s called. Game after game. Statistically that’s not probable. Great game if you have extra cash to throw Away. Don’t expect to win anything though.

Legit and real

I’ve received all of my withdrawals they just take some time to process just be patient. I like the power ups and the setup of the games would like to have diamond games for chance to turn it into cash overall it’s a fun game

DO NOT DL THIS GAME

I tried to withdraw my winnings and for several days it said pending. Then I emailed and got an email in return saying that it will take 4 to 6 weeks. Which is completely ridiculous. Well it’s been 6 weeks and it’s still pending. I emailed again. And I’m told to send a video of my game. Because everyone videos while they’re playing. This game is NOT legit. They take your money and have no intentions of paying out your winnings. This game is CRAP!!!
