Annoying
Bingo Town please change the amount of levels to open new rooms. If I complete a room but I am not yet far enough in levels to open a new room, then I have to keep playing the completed room to level up. SUPER ANNOYING!!! I now have to play the completed rooms once again because I have to play 4 more levels so a new room can open. Really? Awesome game if it weren’t for the annoyance of trying to open up new rooms 🤨🙄😤

Great game when it’s working
This is my favorite Bingo game when it’s working as it should. Unfortunately for the past 2 months, game disconnects from my Wi-Fi network. Always happens when the match ends and I loose all of my power ups, magic wands, and sometimes even the tokens. The games doesn’t let you earn power ups very easily. If games wouldn’t disconnect every 2 minutes, I would give 5 stars. I’ve also sent several emails and received no response. I don’t want anything other than for the game to give me my credits at the end of bingo round instead of disconnecting.
The new daily prizes hasn’t worked for me since it was added 2 updates ago. Contacted them about that also but have heard anything. All other games work on my Fiber network work fine and receive download and upload speeds well over 500 kbps. iPad was updated to iOS 13.7 and that didn’t help either.
Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help.

Stolen Money
I strongly discourage anyone from spending any money purchasing anything through this game!!!! Today, June 18, 2021, l purchased the Magic Shop power pack for $2.99 and the 10 pack of magic wands for $4.99 and never received a single wand, l should have gotten a total of 13. When purchasing the power pack from the magic shop for $2.99 in the past, l received only some of what l paid for and never received any of the 3 instant win wands included in the power pack l selected. I have attempted to email customer service about the problem each time it happened and every time was told that the email could not be sent. I am owed at least 19 wands and have had no way of recouping the amount l was charged or the merchandise l purchased.

Help
I have been playing your game and I enjoy it very much but I am being robbed, after game is over it goes directly to picking how many cards you want to play, I do not get anything for the bingos I made puzzle pieces, and power ups this has happened at least six times to me , at first I did not realize that I wasn’t getting any credit for anything. I need to somehow get everything back that I lost if you can’t fix this problem as much as I like this game I will have to delete it. Hard to earn bingo chips to play
The game is ok. The problem is you have to spend your own money to buy bingo chips to play. You should be able to buy the bingo chips with the coins you earn in the game. It’s a waste of time because you will only play the game for a few minutes unless you want to spend you own money. Hopefully the makers will take this into consideration. It will definitely make the game much better. More time to play.

New Apple update(14.0.1)
Since my iPad did the last update every time I try to play a game in this app I get crazy boards with only these numbers, 9, 18, and 69. This isn’t a joke. So far the game has refunded my tokens every time but I am unable to play any of the games. Please help get this fixed. I have really been enjoying playing this game until now. I gave you 2 stars for now hoping I will be able to update this review once the problem has been fixed.

Ads make it crash
I had to delete the game, re- download it and start all over and then it crashed in another ad. I removed the Ganesh and went in search of another game. I think the game reward system wasn’t quite right either. When you complete a room you shou get credits equal to a 4 card play, is my thought, and not enough credits for leveling up, either. Getting the fruit you need to make the smoothies you need is like pulling teeth too.

I don’t like the app update. You can’t see how much money you have earned. I liked the slot game between rounds, the upper corner where you could see as you played what you won. The fact you got more fruit to make a drink etc. It was more than a bingo game. I’ve got used to this new update. I guess I don’t care for the puzzles, the rest I guess is ok and I can see the cards better. At first the numbers being called blinking on the card was annoying but that has stopped. Thanks

Disappointing
I have been playing this game for many months. Waiting for items to load has never been fixed. When going through items that require watching a video - they seldom load, and if they do, when they finish, you still don’t get the item. They really need to fix there bad connection issues.

Continues to have problems
I am always wishing to play this game but over & over it will say that I’m not connected after the game ends. It’s really weird how all my other games don’t do that, & I wish I could play this game more. Plus my team gets upset but I don’t always have time to waste & when I don’t get credit from winning...What’s the point?😞
