Revised after several moths of play

The game is fun and graphics are good! Great concepts for different game ideas! But you can NOT play if you are not wealthy! It’s hard to win but never get ahead if you do! It’s real costly! I have not won a game or coins in over a week! The support is horrible if you can actually get someone to answer you! Their response here is join FB you will get coins everyday….NOT true!!! I go to page everyday and leave comments and NEVER received anything! So there is a lot about the game I’m not happy with and when my Gold Pass finishes I’m considering leaving and never returning! Something has to give because to me they are robbing a lot of people!! Can’t believe Apple would allow this to go on!

Not the same since last update

I started playing this game in August and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Since the last update, I find myself playing it a lot less and not enjoying it very much. The Rainbow Play in the Lion, Flamingo and Elephant rooms used to cost 4800 coins per round and since the last update, now cost 5200 coins per round. That means I play a lot less because I run out of coins sooner. Also the game algorithm has made it so I score a LOT LESS bingos than I did before the update. What’s the point of playing when the fun is gone? If the game makers think that by doing these things that players will be compelled to make game purchases, they are wrong! It makes me definitely NOT want to make purchases. I don’t reward greed! Bring back the 4800 coin rainbow play and change the algorithm so players can win the amount of bingos that they used to win. Please don’t get greedy like other bingo games out there. When they got greedy, I stopped playing as much and swore to NEVER make a game purchase from them again!

I hate to do this but...

This game could be the BEST Bingo game out there. I’ve played them all and this, without a doubt, has the best graphics and the most creative rooms. But the reviews saying it costs a lot to play are all right. It’s better now that you can do the lucky scratch once an hour, but in order to enjoy the game fully, you have to spend close to $60/month. If you don’t pay that, you miss out on cards, power ups, and credits and it severely dulls gameplay. And nothing in this game costs .99 or anything low. Cheapest I’ve seen, I think, is $4.99. Otherwise you’re generally paying $10+ for anything. Gameplay shouldn’t suffer if a person doesn’t spend money. I hate to say this but I think this may have to be my last month playing this game unless something changes. It’s SUCH a shame, too, because there’s nothing like this game out there. I hope you all listen to these reviews and fix these issues.

Like game but beyond unhappy with customer support

The 2 stars are for the game but the serious lagg lately has sucked and I have been trying for 5 days to get help to no avail, because of that I deducted 3 stars. You would think they would be more willing to help customers who spend alit of our hard earned money on their game but sadly I am really disappointed and left wondering why I am still playing their game.

Concerning your response to my issue with the game. I did contact in game support and the first reply took over a week for a reply and I did all suggested fixes to no avail and have reinstalled the game 4 times , my internet provider has no issues whatsoever and the in-game customer support is extremely slow and very unhelpful and I’m still wondering why I’m still playing the game, maybe I have hope you guys will make it so that all of the money I have lost due to the issues wasn’t for no reason,

Beware of endgame purchases

I’m not sure if they will post this review but here goes. I made a purchase and expected to get the fortune wheel spins, free card, along with other things. It didn’t happen. When I contacted support I was told oh no, you have to make a coin purchase first and then a second purchase to get the fortune wheel offer. It says that nowhere. The first screen shows you have an offer to get 250% more coins with Fortune wheel spins. You go to the screen that shows all the various options, and all the options for purchase have the fortune wheel icon on it. There’s a message at the top get 250% more coins with the fortune wheel. When you make the purchase you don’t get what you paid for. I took screenshots and explained it to support and they just said sorry you’re wrong. I have sent all the screenshots to Apple and requested a full refund. The people who run this game are liars and scammers. It’s a OK game to play as long as you don’t make any in-app purchases.

Shaking my Head

I had over 400,000 coins now down to 50,000. Trying to fill the 3rd task of winning 150,000 coins. Not going overboard with my bets - no more than Big Win level (46,000). And have only won 45,325. There is no way I can win 100,000 in one more round. I can’t get anywhere on the Beanstalks and Slides - move forward and land on the slide. While my opponent lands on beanstalks and extra rolls. Soo frustrating. I actually got a gift card so I could buy coins but after today - there’s no freakin’ way I will ever spend money on this game. I’m keeping it - but only because I like bingo. I’ve lost my desire to do well. Maybe I should have given just 2 stars - but it could just be my lack of luck. I worked hard at building my coin balance - now I’ve got enough for 2 rounds. Shaking my head……….

Bad experiences!

While I like the social aspect of the game their ads lie! No need to top up, get plenty of free coins? Had to log in every hour to gain minimal coins (example costs 12,800 but you get 2,000 bonus scratch). I tried to contact customer support and they never responded back after they started the conversation with “How can we help?” I NEVER received a response after that. I’m still trying to get a response! I have screenshots of the conversation to date! When they say purchase does not make you win more? They aren’t kidding. Their prices are ridiculous! $9.99 for enough coins to play level 3 of 5 on bet and that’s only 2 bingo cards.
The club/league bingo card calls numbers back to back to back. I had 4 balls and the first 3 were the same number! In true Bingo22, once a ball is called it is out of play until the next round.
Bonus games rarely pay off well!

Your timing is off

First, it is very difficult to follow the timer - as the numbers count down, it is not consistent. Sometimes there is one second from number to number, sometimes there is more. I don’t understand why the counter starts from different numbers, and how to know when it will start counting down. If your counter is not consistent, you need to explain somewhere how it works. Second, several times I have had a number I needed for bingo come up as the last number in a game. The time runs out before I can mark the number, much less press the bingo. It happens again, and I will delete the game. Why should I invest myself in this game when you prevent me from winning when I have all the numbers called for a bingo?

COULD be so good!

This game is a lot of fun with cute graphics and mini-games on the side. If it would let me, I’d play for hours! BUT you run out of coins quickly, and even when they’re “on sale”, they’re very expensive. I spent $9.99 tonight and only got to play two rounds before I didn’t have enough coins to play again. Frustrating, and I’m not rich, so guess I’ll have to delete this game. Also, the game is supposed to be random luck, but I noticed a pattern that holds true 100% of the time when playing the rainbow games: if you’ve already gotten some bingos, once the counter gets down to 12 bingos left, they cut you off from further bingos. None of the balls called will be on any of your cards for the remainder of the game. Ever. Anyway, if the coins were cheaper and game play more fair, this would be my favorite. It’s really too bad.

Not as fun as it used to be..

February 9 is my first login anniversary date 🤗. I’ve enjoyed playing this game everyday and competing in the league. However, since you lowered the lucky scratch amounts, it takes too long to get enough coins to actually have fun. You have to play 4 cards per round to be competitive, but sometimes it takes me all day (every hour) to get enough coins to play one round. I even take advantage of watching videos, but it’s still too time consuming to get enough coins. I’m going to hang around a little longer to see if you guys go back to your old ways. If not, I’ll have to find another bingo game to play. I really enjoy this game. I hope you consider going back to giving more coins, or lower the amounts to play each round, instead of going up as i level up…
