It crashes
My university uses this app for pick up orders. Frequently when I try to order, it says that there is an issue with the payment method when there shouldn’t be. The only way to fix this problem is deleting and redownloading the app. It’s very obnoxious.
My university only allows for one entree and two sides per order, but the app doesn’t tell you what is a side and what is an entree. If you accidentally order two entrees, they just won’t give you some of the food you ordered which is disappointing.

Could be decent … IF IT WORKED
I don’t know if you guys over at Sodexo just flat out don’t care, or legitimately don’t know how to develop an app. What is the point of making an app designed for college students as a way of helping them order food easily, when it does not work, and instead just gives us more headaches. Out of the now 10 attempts of me trying to order food on campus, it’s only worked once! I constantly get the message that my “payment could not be processed, try again later.” Ok, I try again later and get the same message. It’s an endless cycle. How about you, Sodexo, give a care about your product? Or at least stop hiding behind the lie of “trying to help college students” and instead own up to the fact that you made a horrendously broken app.

“ASAP” with no option to cancel.
I ordered a cup of coffee from my uni’s coffee shop and the “ASAP” ended up being an hour and a half after I ordered—something it doesn’t tell you until the very end. I still ordered hoping the cafe would just give it to me immediately and they refused. I then tried to cancel the order and there was no option to do so! If I wanted to wait an hour and a half for coffee, I wouldn’t have bothered to order. I deleted the app and didn’t bother with the order. Thankfully, I hadn’t paid yet. Waste of time and resources. Get an option to cancel orders. Busy college students and employees don’t always have that kind of time to waste waiting for food. Next time, I’ll just drive to my local coffee shop instead.

Be better to hungry people
The only reason I downloaded this app is because I had to, and I assume because my school was reaching for an option during COVID and this app capitalizes off it. It needs a lot of UX work. So many times you are forced to totally back up off the flow in order to add something. Orders have a tendency to just “not come in.” This app screams shoddy production work by money-hungry persons trying to get something out as quickly as possible to bank off COVID. It’s gross. Either get in the game or get out of it.

Not able to add any payments
I have no meal plan and need to activate either bite pay or a credit card. The app fails to do both. As a comp sci student, I can't believe how bad this app is. Please do us a favor: fix the bugs related to payments asap. How are we supposed to order if we can't add any payment methods? What's even the purpose of a food-order app if you don't even let users pay? Have never seen a more frustrating app.

Worst piece of software junk
Minimal effort given to fix the issues that customers have been having for years, often takes 20 minutes to order what you want due to crashes at my university. I’m surprised universities have not developed their own better versions of this lazily coded app. Good for a prototype of an app, but this is inappropriate for actual widespread use.

Can’t add your own debit card
My school implemented this app after the pandemic, and it has only led me to have less options to eat on campus. You either have to sign up for a bite card or use your campus card, but if you live off campus, like me, chances are you don’t have money on the card. There’s no reason for them to not allow students to add a debit card.

New update ruined the app
I cannot change my payment method at checkout anymore. When I try to click on another payment method I have saved, the app does not respond. I can’t switch the payment to my meal plan anymore since updating. The update broke and ruined the app which previously worked decently.

Doesn’t even open
Can’t even open your app to order some of your food. Unfortunately my school has sold itself out to Sodexo so I have no other options for eating at night. Not like I’m even that disappointed cause your food is borderline not suitable for human consumption. Screw you Sodexo I hope your company goes under

Doesn’t work
I only have this because my university forced me to, but everytime I download the app it asks to turn on geolocation (which I do) and then says Get Started, but when I click on it it doesn’t do anything. I’ve downloaded it three times and I’m really hungry, but I guess eating is not an option with this app :/
