iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users who are tired of puzzle apps that are fun for a little while but quickly become boring and repetitive, can now set their sights on Black Eye World from developer Giedrius Talzunas, and prepare themselves for not one -- but two -- addictive ways to have challenging fun, hour after hour.
In part one, gamers must quickly and accurately change and arrange colored balls. The better they are at completing this task, the more “X balls” will be created -- all the way up to the “black X ball”, which is called the Black Eye. Once they collect all X balls, gamers will be ready to move on to part two.

Great idea
This game features a uniquely interesting concept. The graphics are superbly done, and are easy on the eye. The gameplay is superior to most. I was impressed by how responsive the controls are, and the UI is extremely intuitive to use. Highly recommended!

Has hackers and cheaters bullying others
A lot of others and I got countless countries stolen from this one cheater who has an account who also shows up as a guest. (Cant miss a huge red territory marker which conquers half the map)
He takes over a plethora countries in a short time range even if they have thousands of black balls on it. And there are some users who randomly steal countries with trillions of orange and blue balls which is not possible to obtain from App Store purchases.
Please fix the game, many players are getting frustrated with these cheaters and giving up because these bullies ruin the experience.

This is a very good game but there is a user who atacked me by me atacking on accident, how is this fair. So... I'd like to report him. And he is "•Froslass•". I'd like to show this, he bullied some players (maybe). My user is Denveriv. This is my report. And also, there are users on map with like 10 trillion~ black eyes, and •Froslass• is one of them...

New and fun puzzle game
This is a new kind color puzzle game for me. At first time, I do know how to play it. But when I finish the intro of the game, I found it is really interesting and challenging game . And now, I am playing it with my friends, keeping high scores in my friends list.

The game is challenging and fun
It is a different kind of puzzle game. It is cool how you collect balls from the puzzles and use them to fight other countries. You can't listen to music while playing. If you are into puzzle games, this is a fantastic game that I would recommend to you.

Fun game
I really like to play games from this category as I enjoy playing puzzle games a lot. Love the polished graphics and the gameplay is a mix and match of multiple game styles which works really well. Had fun

Fantastic game
Very different with other similar apps in the app store. More creative and challenging and addicting. I think there is space to improve in the tutorial and can be with better experinece.

Having fun
It is a good game whose rules are quite new to me. And I have a great time. But there is a crash problem when I touch the tutorial button. Wish you could fix it.
