Hard to use
i love the idea and would definitely spend to get some of these cool digital art to display on my TV.
But the user experience and the interface design needs a lot of help. I basically don’t know how to do anything other than looking at them on my phone. The “shopping cart” button doesn’t do anything nor giving me any instruction, and I can’t figure out a way to trial run it on my TV, Can’t find control on the TV app either.

Stunning digital art
For years I’ve been a fan of digital art, but I was reluctant to pull the switch and buy a digital wall canvas. Well, I finally ponied up for a 32-inch Blackdove Digital Canvas — and the results are nothing short of stunning. Mobile App Not Connecting
The mobile app does not connect with my Samsung Frame TV. Works well with my PC though.

Television app not working or communicating with mobile app AGAIN!!!
Why is it you guys can’t get your stuff to work more than a few days at a time? Do you really expect people to maintain a subscription for a service that only works 20 or 30 percent of the time?! I honestly love the concept and the art, but I am yet again on the verge of canceling my subscription because it rarely functions when I try to access it. I’m sorry to say that unless things get fixed soon this’ll be my last month as a subscriber.

Amazing User Experience
I can view all of my NFTs as well as browse other NFTs while being able to cast and view them on my blackdove digital canvas that I have installed in my home. This is truly the future of art!

The artwork looks incredible on a 4K TV in my living room. This stuff is much better than the generic screensavers and well worth the price.

Definitely need lots of work.
The UI is not intuitive at all.
The TV apps are still so limited in options.
On the FrameTV the app doesn’t play vertically and it’s very annoying.
Tried to contact the support but they seem to be offline all the time.

Update: Mobile App stopped communicating to TV
Updated Review:
App abruptly stopped working. Lost all connection to TV, reinstalls on mobile and LG TV didnt fix it. TV app worked, but favorites are all gone and now has a limited gallery. This app has zero help options and I have sent two emails with no reply. This app had great potential but failed in less than a week!

App looks beautiful streaming on my OLED 4K, there are plenty of different art styles and showcased pieces. The only problem I’m seeing is that some of the moving art has music that conflicts and plays at the same time as my own Apple playlists. I hope for an option to be able to turn off the background music. This problem can be mitigated sometimes by replaying your music. Otherwise, a great app and mesmerizing art make for a great combination!ee
