I tried it out first! I had no issues with the sound. The app is as advertised if you carefully read it. However, there should be an option to select your Santa of preference instead of them both being displayed. The call is really short so when it ends...you want to avoid your child asking,” why is there a black & white Santa”. Both Santa’s should have the same message.
Also, I would recommend waking your child up really early on Christmas Eve while they are still very sleepy so that they don’t notice that Santa didn’t call them by name....I have a 5 and 8 yr old that I’m gonna try this on.
It would be awesome if you could provide options for the Santa’s message to be personalized with the child’s name and or picture ( as an upgrade that you can charge additionally for) and also create an interactive upgrade ( just a suggestion) There are no other black Santa apps that I’ve found ..... with those few adjustments I trust that this app will get lots of love and support💪🏾👍🏽

This App totally Rocks! My family is in town for the holidays and I am busy cooking and entertaining. My 3 kids and all my nieces and nephews have been taking turns telling Santa what they want for Christmas. We have a blended family so it is great to see an App that allows the children to pick the Santa that “looks like” them or their Dad🎅🏽/Uncle🎅🏻/Grandpa🎅🏿 who they admire and love so much. Keep a charger nearby because the kids will stay busy with this App for hours laughing 🤣😂 and joking with Santa. Not only are the children calling 📞 but they have also solicited our 2 Shih Tzu dogs 🐶🐶 to FaceTime 📱Santa and tell him what they want as well (ie impersonating the dog’s voice and asking Santa for a bacon🥓 flavored bone 🍖) as well as Dora the Explorer stuffed animal. Great for kids under 7 years old. Promotes imaginative / creative play and makes great memorable experiences for the entire family. Me and my husband goofed around with it last night a couple times and laughed non-stop. Great Conversational Piece during the holidays around family/dinner table. Tricked my 70 year old Mother into thinking she was taking a live FaceTime call from Santa. Priceless ! So much funnnnn!!! Whoever came up with this App is brilliant !!!

I just downloaded this app and gladly paid for it because of the concept. Sound isn’t working so it’s useless for me. Not happy at all right now. I deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. Company promptly fixed the issues great app kids love it.

I am so amazed by this app. My children were so happy to see a Santa that looks like our family my daughter sat for hours telling Santa what she wanted for Christmas and even told Santa what her newborn brother wanted! In a tech world it's great to have an app blend tradition and technology like this one has with a beautiful motive behind its creation this app is sure to bring joy to families for years to come. Easily appeals to blended families whisk have is so beautiful to see. It brings so much hope and magic back to the holiday season I'm glad I downloaded and will be telling everyone I know with children or even grandchildren, nieces and nephews or godchildren.

I am extremely disappointed. Based on the reviews i thought it was more than one option and the chance kids to talk to Santa. Santa talks the whole time and there’s no opportunity for child to even say hello back. Plus it’s the same message every time and he doesn’t say the name (a feature mentioned in one review). For $3 i was expecting more, especially since there are other apps out there with more options and they are free. I would like my money back.

I used this app to surprise my nieces, and they absolutely fell in love! This app is quick, easy and ready to use from the moment you open it. Thanks Amber, for finally giving us the app we've been waiting for! My nieces can finally talk to a Santa whom they actually identify with. Love this app!

Love this app! During the holidays the kids in my family were excited to receive a call from Santa! I was the cool aunt this year because of it and I’m very grateful! Love this app and highly recommend it to anyone trying to impress the kids!

This app is perfect for the holiday season, especially if you're away from your love ones. I'm not able to be with my daughter this xmas so I sent her this for her to let me know what she wants for xmas! There should be an app like this for every gift given holiday!

I’m very careful of he images my child sees and I make sure they are black images and black toys. This app is perfect! Bc he wasn’t about to talk to a Santa that didn’t look like him!
