This release contains two significant enhancements to the Blerter product.
Shared Channels enables users across different Blerter events to connect and collaborate in real time. Event management, suppliers and vendors can operate their own Blerter events while having an integrated way to communicate with each other, share information and manage incidents.
Configurable channel tabs allow event organisers to enable, disable and reorder the tabs available in channels so that they can tailor the experience towards what is important to their respective audiences.
