Nice, new features
I've been using the Blipfoto app for a couple of years. I like a lot about the new features of this new version, especially the option to have journal names on the thumbnails, as well as the ability to reply to comments from the app and rate entries.
I am not a fan of the new way to view comments, and I miss a lot of favourite notifications in the new format. I do wish comments and notifications would still be displayed as in the previous version. It's a lot easier not to miss something in the old version. Other than that, all the other changes have been great.

Great, Review Update
I have an almost 1700 consecutive blip streak going and I thought I had the perfect shot one day on my phone for that day. I tried to post the photo and the app had crashed. I deleted it. Installed it again and tried once more. Forget it! This thing is worthless.
They say it's compatible with iPad but I haven't found it. Maybe I'll look when this gets better. It's got to!

Update: since the most recent update the app is working smoothly. I think the original problem (during 2015) was a result of mismanagement by Polaroid. Blipfoto is now owned by the members and administered by a Board of expert current blippers. They are doing a spectacular job.
Uploading and blogging are simple and easy. I still prefer to shoot with my DSLR camera but that is not always possible. I'm now closing in on 2000 consecutive posts. This international community is wonderful.
This isn't Instagram (or their ilk) but a way to journal and document your life. It's for anyone who likes photography as a means to communicate and share your part of the world with the rest of it.
Long live Blipfoto.

I love photo-journaling
On the positive side, I think this app has a ton to offer overtime but it first it's a little slow going but that's just how journaling is. If I spent more time on Blipfoto I think I could actually make friends through it. You can tell a lot about a person through the things that they see in photography. Now if there is were just a way to hook in music to the app as well to complete the experience. Way to go on creating this wonderful app that I heard about through a neighbor and I have been really looking forward to getting deeper into it.

Site doesn't play well with iPhone apps...
Uploaded a hipstamatic photo (since you have an iPhone app for your site and hipstamatic is an iPhone app and all) and because of the "film" there is what looks like a 'border' around the photo, so my photo was deleted. Your iPhone app suggests to me that your site would be iPhone app friendly, apparently that's not the case. Disappointing. Especially since within minutes I had two comments praising the photo that was then removed, all because of the way hipstamatic processes photos on the iPhone.
I'll drop you before I'll drop hipstamatic, and I hardly ever use it to begin with. Sad that my first upload is deleted because of a very sad rule.
The app itself would be great if it went along with the whole iPhone thing and worked well with other iPhone apps that may add a border with no choice from us, the uploaders and supporters of your site.
I understand the want for aesthetics, so I won't waste my time uploading my photos to your pretty site.

Love the idea - needs work though
The Blipfoto app is great idea. This app just needs some work. First of all it'd be great for it to be updated to work and look nice with iOS4 and the retina display. Secondly, it should be more user friendly in editing and posting pictures, right now it's whole purpose is for browsing the site, which is nice but shouldn't be the focus of the entire app.

Fantastic Update
I've been using the App all year to keep my journal up to date and also to review comments others have left for me. The new update seems to make everything easier with improved functionality in every facet of the application including uploading new images, reviewing comments, making comments, etc. etc., etc.

This upgrade is great!
I was very excited to get the upgrade for the Blipfoto app. The most important thing for me was managing my subscriptions without opening a browser. It was a bit clumsy in the first version. Loving the ability to add to my favorites as well. This is one of my favorite and most used apps. I really love it! Thanks to Blip Central for all your hard work!

Easy, convenient
It is very handy to be able to blip straight from the phone instead of capturing an image, downloading to the computer, then uploading to the website.
