Daily 8 — Start your day with these 8-minute mobility and activation sessions. Returning to these quick yet efficient morning routines is the easiest way to form a daily habit of movement. Simply show up and choose an intensity level that’s right for you. Feeling warmed up? Stick around for an extra 4 minute Tabata for an extra challenge.

Workouts — Our full-body workouts flow through six circuits, or BLOCKs: Mobility, Activation, Power, Strength, Endurance, and Recovery. Each BLOCK is scientifically ordered and designed to give you the biggest reward for the effort you're bringing to class. Select from a variety of class intensity levels and durations.

Sport —Prepare for and recover from your sport or activities with these 8-10 minute sessions in order to minimize the risk of injury. Players at any level of running, basketball, tennis, soccer, volleyball, pickleball, lacrosse, swimming, and cycling will find classes that make your sport safer and more enjoyable.

My body feels better!
At first, I started using BLOCK for its Running warm up and recovery routines. I noticed my runs went a lot smoother and my hips / knees hurt less. My main fitness goal this year is to become a morning workout person and this app has been really great for that. Usually I try to do their 30 min workouts, but if I can’t do that then I do the Daily 8 and I still feel like I’ve moved my body for the day. The workouts are unique and it feels like my body is getting stronger every time I come back, almost like I have a personal training session and coaches that are making a training plan for me. Hoping to work my way up to 50 min workouts soon!

Really great for motivation
This is pretty much my first time working out, or doing any kind of training. The exercises are super fun, and fairly easy for a beginner. They are quite different than what you would imagine when you think of a workout app, but I definitely feel better and more motivated after spending just the recommended 8 minutes. Looking forward to seeing how the app grows in the future.

Fantastic app
Love the videos and levels so far. Would love to see integrated with fitness trackers or include a general section on average calories burned for the different workout times and varying levels.

Great for sport specific fitness
I use for volleyball - both workout and recovery. Ramping up into pickle ball soon!
