The main advantage of BreathNow blood pressure app is that it is not only a blood pressure & heart rate monitor and stress monitor. It also provides practical tools to lower blood pressure and heart rate with meditation, slow breathing and more. It alerts you to key heart risk areas and suggests activities to lower these risks.

Measure heart rate, stress and cardio fitness (VO2Max) with your phone’s camera, no external sensors needed. Our cardio fitness (VO2Max) test is developed by scientists from the University of Cambridge. Do breathing exercises or meditate. Measure stress again and see which exercises worked best for you.

Enter your blood pressure data manually or connect your external blood pressure monitor to Apple Health via Bluetooth and analyse what activities helped you to lower blood pressure. Your data are stored securely in Apple Health and you may print them out or share remotely with your doctor.

BreathNow alerts you to important cardio signals like elevated heart rate, blood pressure, and irregular heart rhythm (also known as Afib) and low blood oxygen level if it is detected by your Apple Watch.

If BreathNow identifies a risk area from one of the daily indicators, it will suggest a user to perform an activity from an extended list to reduce a heart health risk. Choose between: slow breathing, meditation, acupressure, calming music, yoga and other activities. The list of breathing exercises includes lower BP breathing, 4-7-8 meditation breathing exercise, IMST breathing exercise, box breathing etc.

Connect your blood pressure monitor to Apple Health for automatic data download or enter blood pressure monitor readings manually.

Use Apple Watch to perform breathing exercises discreetly, without looking at the screen of your phone. No need to switch off your Apple Watch as it will fall asleep automatically after you do.

Lowers my blood pressure
I have struggled with high blood pressure for years. Medications were not working, and the side effects were debilitating. I heard about the FDA approved device to teach you how to breathe to lower BP, but it is expensive and my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I did some digging and found this app. It’s amazing! At first I got light headed and felt kind of sick doing the breathing exercises. But I slowed down and did less time each day for a few weeks. I also practiced the breathing exercises at other times during the day. I’m now up to 2 minutes/ day on the app doing the exercise to lower BP, plus other times on the other exercises. My BP went from high to normal in a couple of months without medication! I am also taking hibiscus and hawthorn supplements. The combination is working SO much better than medication and without the side effects! Thank you!!

This tracker is an excellent update! Thank you for it! With this new feature it is really easy to manage heart risks within daily insights. In addition i can share this important information with my doctor via email. I like this application as combination of simple and affordable exercises helps me to lower my BP and anxiety. Easy and powerful
Excellent minimalistic and very user-friendly application. If you have already realized the importance of breathing, and what a life-changing power you acquire if you begin to control it for at least a few minutes a day. The best trainer of mindfulness and attention is breathing exercises. And as easy as powerful it is a great dumbbell for this exercise.

Helpful Wellness and Stress Management App
The breathing exercises in this app work quickly to stabilize my BP and my pulse. The effect is short but onset is quick. I also like the convenient data export feature. Overall, I would recommend this app to people concerned about longevity and slowing down aging.

I love this app! The 3 min lower your bp feature is my favorite feature. It works every time and using it helps me learn to breathe better even when I’m not using the app. I use it 2-3 times a day, and it has made a big difference in my bp!

Interesting combination of BP tracker, stress monitor and calming exerices. Slow breathing and meditations indeed lower my blood pressure and you can see imeediate stress changes when measure heart rate and stress with the phone's camera.
