The time of the notifications can be changed in the Settings screen.

§Data Records Screen

This screen records the numerical values related to your diet and test results.
Configuration changes for adding new input data items, etc. can be made from the "Diet Data Items List" or "Test Data Items List" on the Settings screen.

§Graph Screen

This screen allows you to verify the numerical data recorded on the Data Records screen by plotting it on a graph.

§Settings Screen

This screen allows you to configure basic information, display settings, record master data, etc.
Please set your "Gender" and "Height". These values will be used for calculating the normal range of your test data items and your BMI.
To use the hospital visits scheduling functionality and the medical expenses data output functionality, please record your medical institutions information from the "Medical Institutions (Pharmacies) List."

§Data Export Functionality (Test Data, Diet Data, and Medical Expenses Data)

This functionality allows you to output test data, diet data, and medical expenses information recorded on the app onto files in CSV format, so they can be transferred to PCs, etc.
This data can then be used by processing it on spreadsheet software such as Excel.

The export functionality uses AirDrop and the e-mail app included with iOS. Cloud storage services (iCloud, etc. if installed.) are also available.
Third party e-mail apps (Gmail, etc.) may appear on the list; however, some apps may not be able to attach CSV files, so we recommend using the e-mail app that is included with iOS.

Llee42,
Nice for recording blood test results!
I like this app! I was looking for something to track my various thyroid blood test results over time, and this does the trick, even though the tests were not included in the default. I was able to add the tests that I wanted to track pretty easily (TSH, Free T3, Free T4, antibodies, plus some others like Vitamin D and Iron). Also, it was easy to reorder the list in my preferred order. I also like that I can change the ranges to reflect more optimal values, and there is a generous field for notes if I want to let myself know that I changed it and what the lab values were, and even why I changed it, or why I want to test for that item, or what goals I may have, etc.

I would like if it was easier to view the data that was put in, in table form within the app. Also, it would be nice if the default was to save new entries, because several times I entered a new item or some data only to exit a field and find that my work was gone. Oops! Also, I wish I could remove some of the fields with hospital/cost etc because that is not what I’m tracking and most other parts of the app are customizable.

Anyways, thanks for making this app!
babymac326,
Love it! Would be fantastic if had web based site
Wanted to thank you for making this app. I have chronic low blood counts so I wanted to track everything. Was able to customize what I needed to with your app and review data easily :) I would love to get better use of seeing multiple graphs on a bigger screen but there doesn’t seem to be a way to view on a laptop? I would seriously consider paying a monthly/yearly fee if there was a site that showed the synced data online (with username/password) so that I could utilize a bigger screen than my phone. Just wanted to mention it.
Never@Home_Mom,
Almost perfect
This app is almost perfect once I found my way around. The interface isn’t as good as it could be - but that isn’t what I need to view. I can deal.

What would make it a 5 star app? Being able to export the data file for use on any of my devices (I’d even pay $1.99 for it), or just plain iCloud syncing. But I need to enter them via my iPad mini because that is what I take to appointments now, not my 12.9.
RTT808,
Very nice app!
I looked hard for an app like this that can track and graph my blood test results, and I was very happy to find this. It is exactly what I want!
I only have one request. Is there any way to sync my entries in my iPhone to the app on my iPad? I don’t want to have to enter my labs each time on both devices - much too time consuming to do.
Thank you for this app!
Flying' N,
Great App
This does so much!!! I downloaded it primarily to track my hematocrit and blood protein levels as I go and donate plasma, but it appears pretty comprehensive on its abilities to track various tests! I didn’t give it 5 stars only because it feels like it needs something, though I can’t quite put my finger on what it is that is needed.
StevenPahuja,
Best!
I’ve been looking up lab results tracker for a Long time. And this is the best one so far. No labs links needed. No internet required. Just put the test name, normal range , and boom. U got the graphic !! Great job. My only request is make this app still works in next iOS update. 5 Stars.
BobJ357,
Easy and convenient
If you are like me you may also have struggled to track blood test results and trends over time. Previously I’ve had to resort to a pile of paper and an excel file. For me, this app has been a god send and best of all it’s free!
Mauijoe,
Great app at 4 stars need to get to 5
Have been using this app now a awhile and like it very much.

To get to 5 stars wish the app had the following

1. In the data items section headers to group certain tests together - Complete Blood Count (CBC) w/Automated Difference or Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

2. A Flag for each test being LOW or HIGH to the Normal Range

3. Ability to export the blank Data Items List to my family so they can start entering their results instead of first having to create the same test list items !
JoyNYwine,
Convenient
This is such an easy app to use. Tracks your laboratory records.
PB Native,
No ability to enter old reports
I was surprised to find it impossible to enter results from previous years. There is no way to enter the date manually- you only have a pop-up calendar of the current month. Yes you can scroll back a few months, but I wanted to track changes in results dating back to 2006.
