Blur-Video Hack 2.0.0 + Redeem Codes

I needed to record a small video sequence that unfortunately included some personal details. In order to use the video, I needed a blur tool that allowed me to test the function without signing up for a trial or buying the product. This did it. I don’t care about ads being shown to me. If it helps the developer for their work, it’s fine, so long as it doesn’t interrupt my workflow. Great job! I particularly like that I can not only adjust the strength of the blur, but also the shape and length of time it is active.

Good - Blur Video Mac makes it easy to add blur to faces in video - by hand, frame by frame.
Bad - The blur does not automatically figure out to stay with a face moving through the video until I dragged the blur over the face in several spots, which can be rather painstaking process, particularly for a long video. Would prefer to put the blur over the face once and the app figure out to have the blur stay with the moving face throughout the video.
Could be better - "Save" added the video to the photos app instead of saving to a location in the Finder. Not a bid deal - I will just have to remember to turn off wifi when saving and then immediately move the video to my hard drive and remove from Photos before turning wifi back on so that large videos do not automatically get added to the iCloud.
Good - The rest of 4K videos remains unchanged after blur added, unlike some other censor apps that save (downgrade) 4k videos to 1080p.

I blame this app for the reason I lost my family. I got so frustrated because I anytime I would go to cut the end or beginning of a blur, the app would think I was trying to move the entire blur, moving and messing up a bunch of key frames that took me hours to meticulously place. I needed to blur my clips tho so I had to endure the struggle. This lead me to turn to booze. At first it was just a single coors light to ease the frustration as I edited my clips. But after time went on one turned to 2, 2 turned to 3. It wasn’t untill I got up to 12 brews a day untill I needed something stronger as this app had dung under my skin like a flesh burrowing scarab. So I became best friends with my good ol pal Jack. Daniel’s that is. I drank a handle a night just to get by. My wife couldn’t take it any more so she took the kids to go live with her parents. Now here I sit, completely obliterated on a Tuesday morning surrounded by a pile of un washed laundry smashing a novel of a review on a stupid video editing app. But hey, I get to eat pizza every night so who am I to complain🥲

This app is well made. It does not have a lot of functionality, although if your sole intention is to blur video then this is your best bet. It is much easier to blur stationary objects though. If you want to blur something else that moves a lot in the videos, it is very tedious. The app could make that process easier by having a ln automated blue for moving objects that can be tweaked manually to ensure full coverage. Outside of that, there are very few ads, it works as advertised, and is free. It doesn’t get better for a free app.

The app does everything that you want to, except save a work in progress. As at least one other person has mentioned, the UI can be tricky. It’s easy to hit the wrong button for extending a blur and having it move the entire blur. On my second day of using this, I found that I was extending blurs more accurately, than dragging accidentally.

As a free program, it’s well worth the download effort. It does one thing and it does it very well and there should be more apps out there that provide the basic functionality like this app does that are free.

Very happy with this app. I tried the developer’s background app first, but this is the tool I needed.
The save to photos seemed much faster at high quality than some built in apps.
Finally, I found the best phone / tablet software on the market for performing blurs without having to join a rando chat or posting app to make it work,!further risking our privacy to possibly sell or ransom our unblurred and blurred versions. Very satisfied worth an annual subscription if needed, thank you.!👍

I downloaded this app to share a screen recording with tech support that otherwise would show sensitive personal information. The Blur-Video app interface was simple and intuitive, allowing me to figure out how to use its features without having to “learn” anything new. I accomplished my editing quickly and easily. Very good at simple blurring tasks, and I’m sure others with more practice can get a lot more out of it. Thank you for a quality app needed in a pinch!

It took me a couple of tries to get the hang of the key frames but the slight learning curve is well worth it. Given the app’s support for adjustable blur length and for multiple blurs, it’s hard to imagine ways to significantly improve the process.

My only wish is the ability to export a video with its original quality intact. I will primarily use this to prepare clips for use in another editor and I regret the fact that Blur Video exports will be different from other originals.

Honestly not much else to say. I was looking for an app that can blur my face on certain videos, all to maintain privacy. Wow! I’m really impressed with what a free app can do!

I think what I’m most impressed about is the app’s tracking system on its blur. Once you move the cursor/blur symbol around to where you want it, it does a great job on keeping up with moving objects/ and people in the video.

Would definitely recommend!

I was trying to make a video and I didn’t want someone’s face coming out in it so I download this app and a bunch of others but the others weren’t working and they just did it come out the way that I wanted the video to come out, once I tried this one the video was perfect and I got the video how I wanted it and how I wanted it to look. so I really think this app is amazing and really convenient I love it <3!
