Love 💕 my Body & Soul
When I was working out at Spa Lady…I longed for Christian classes, with Christian music & Christian friend’s & fitness!! I heard Body&Soul advertised on my car 🚗 radio 📻 (around 1987). I went crazy happy!! Soon I walked into my first class at Emmanuel Christian School gym!! Debbie was my first instructor and I was soon leading that incredible class!!! I went on to start a class at Centreville Baptist Church and taught all through our four daughters being born!! Loved my early morning Saturday class (once I got there😉) & always loved attending other classes. We finally got a class in Winchester, VA (sadly not many ladies found our class 😔). Our instructor Nichole had another miracle and stayed home to care for her two babies. I heard about FitTV but I’m not tech savvy and didn’t take the time to get help to check it out. When I finally asked a daughter to help me…I couldn’t believe, nor can I now, the awesomeness of working out whenever I can!! I miss my classes but this works great for my season of life…and, I’m looking forward to having our first grandson join me for some classes

Been looking for this
I love to do cardio and strength exercise but we moved and I couldn’t find a great class locally. I had been in Body and Soul classes about 20 years ago and longed for the same experience. When I found this App, I just had to try it. Thank you for bringing all your offer via this app.

I love DanceBlast!
First, I LOVE Body and Soul and LOVE DanceBlast. There are no body and soul classes in my part of the country so I was excited to finally have access to an on demand library. I went through all but one of the DanceBlast videos back to back and my main issue is that I prefer a longer workout and these sessions are all around 20 minutes. As soon as I’m warmed up and working hard it’s already time for the cool down and then it goes to the next session and I have to warm up and start over again. Also having the same song in two sessions back to back was a bit annoying when you are trying to have a long workout. Please create or add some longer workouts or have an option to create a playlist so you can really tailor the workout to your time constraints and favorite dance styles/choreography and even mix in some cardio strength. As it stands I probably won’t subscribe after my free trial is over because this just won’t meet my needs as is but maybe I’ll check back in 6 months to a year to see if there is more content and longer workout options.

Loving these workouts
After years of joining different fitness gyms and apps, I am so thankful for this Christian alternative. We don’t need to compromise our standards for music or motivational worldview messages. These workouts give us the best movements, music and message to feed our body and souls with Jesus!

Variety of workouts
I love that I can pick and choose what type of workouts I would like to do. I can also do a quick 25 minute session or combine different sessions for a longer workout. The instructors make it feel personable— as if they’re talking directly to me.

Strong and joyful again!
I taught Body & Soul years ago. The pandemic caused me to look for exercise to do at home. I discovered Body & Soul online and signed up. I had forgotten how uplifting and strengthening it is! I am feeling strong and joyful in the midst of a troubled year. Thank you!
