I can order what I need with speed and ease. The app is user friendly and makes shopping for supplements convenient. The supplements sold here are of equal or higher quality to that which you will find in physics stores while also being better prices. Add in the continual deals that pop up and I don’t know why anyone would use a different supplier.

The updated app is very slow, lots of glitches, and the overall appearance is worse than the original app. To me it also seems disorganized and difficult to navigate. It also keeps sending to a website which I find incredibly annoying - I should be able to find the products and make my order all within the app. I have deleted the app from all my devices because I honestly can’t stand even trying to use it. I will not use this app again until it’s at least something like the previous version. The previous one was perfect! Why did they even change it? It didn’t need any improvement, and the current version certainly is NOT an improvement. Please just bring back the previous version. Until then, you have lost a customer.

No more favorites/wishlist? Now it has become more cumbersome where I have to look up each of my regular supplements when it is time to reorder. A shiesty way of pushing their customers into signing up for their subscription reorder plan, perhaps?

The app keeps redirecting to and opening a new tab in my web browser every time I select something in the app. Really annoying.

This app has taken many steps back in usability since the prior version. Can’t recommend anyone use it in its current state. Just utilize the website instead.

The store was recommended to me by my friend when I first started working out with him. I found the app a week later and it’s so much more convenient and works great it has everything the the normal page does. Great for just going in adding what you want to your bag then checking out is super smooth and quick

After the app and store underwent its big changes I couldn’t log in anymore. The previous version had my login info stored so it was a quick and seamless login. Not anymore. I went through the steps of resetting my password but that didn’t take so I removed the app and I guess I’m just not ordering my supplements from bodybuilding anymore because of the inability of that simple process to work. I shouldn’t have had to reset my password at all, but if I do it should work.

Before the the app was updated it was very easy to use and navigate. Now the it’s updated the app constantly opens up random pages in the web browser outside the app each time I click through anything. If I click to read about the ingredients, it opens a random page in browser. Click on a category, random page in browser. Do anything, random page in browser. More difficult to use and order from now.

This is definitely my go to spot. Great deals, fast shipping, and an endless selection that I need for my routine. I highly recommend anyone who serious about muscle gain, weight management or just overall strength training to utilize this store for all of your needs. They won’t let you down!

This app has become complete garbage. The app use to be great. A few months ago, I couldn’t order something on the app without consistent pop ups from websites. Now I can get to the point where I pay and the screen goes blank when I choose PayPal. What is the point of the app if I can’t order from it. The app was much better before all of the new updates. If it’s not broken then why try to fix it ????? I’m seriously considering canceling my membership.

I had an order that I accidentally put my old address on, when I didn’t receive my order I realized my mistake and contacted the customer service reps, I was answered almost immediately and they re shipped the whole order (without me asking them to) free of charge with upgraded shipping.

Why even have an app when it's just your mobile website? Clicking on some of the links even sends you to the website. Photos of the items seem to large. When searching by brands only a few are listed compared to their previous search which allowed you to look at an entire alphabetical list. Save the few MBs of memory this app will take up on your device and just use the website.

Lame.
