Won’t stay connected
I had one successful connection and reading and now my scale won’t stay connected. When I try to re-pair it, the blue tooth symbol flashes and I have my updated phone right next to it with Bluetooth on and it won’t reconnect. Pretty worthless without the connection. I was initially impressed with the results since the readings were pretty accurate.

App Not Working
Same issue as many others on here. The App will not allow me to set up an account (I have latest iPhone). Apps are all updated. Company said they we’re going to fix the app - that was almost a month ago. I wrote to them again - no response. Product is useless without the app working. Always shocks me when a company creates a new technological product only to screw the app up. Super frustrating and not a good look for Kickstarter.

It’s good but missing basic integration
I really like the scale, and the app looks nice, is easy to find and follow the information. But it is missing one very important function for me. I would love to have apple health integration so all of the measurements can be logged with the data from my other health apps.

Health App integration needed
Need’s health app integration but that could be an upcoming feature. App itself is nice though I would like to see some more documentation on what each stat is.

App is broken
They’re clearly wasn’t any user interface testing. I cannot even enter my profile info because the interface is broken. Of this isn’t fixed, I will return the product. As of now, the app cannot be used and therefore the data and impact is irrelevant

Doesn’t work
The app won’t let me create an account. I was able to create an account on their website, but can’t login with the app. I also cannot connect to the device through Bluetooth. Essentially nothing works. Going to send back
