I love the portability of iPhone and being able to take snapshots everywhere. However, I miss the beautifully blurred background and bokeh effects that I can get using my DSLR camera. 'Bokeh Lens' for iOS will let you make the subject in your photo stand out by making the background blurred with natural-looking bokeh effects through the easy editing process.
Selecting the foreground area (area to be remaining as sharp) is the key factor to get the best possible result. The selection tool in this app was designed and developed to meet your detail-oriented editing needs. It will display a loupe (magnifying glass) when you zoom-in and try to select/deselect area. The loupe is very handy because otherwise you can't see the spot you're touching as your finger is blocking your view.
You can also adjust bokeh level (aperture) to control how much your photo's background should be bokeh-blurred.

I like the app because you can edit little details to focus but I’ve been waiting for a picture to save to my camera roll for about an hour and nothing has happened.

I have the iPhone 7 Plus and I’ve been wanting to take selfies portrait mode but my phone doesn’t have the feature, and now that I have this is works really well, obviously you have to fiddle with it and it’s what I have wanted for a while, plus if someone uses my phone to take a picture and and they don’t use he portrait mode I can just use this app to make it as similar to the portrait mode.

Very convenient
Like the fact I can use the Selfie part.. kinda like portrait mode.. I have the 7 plus and kinda was bum out they didn't have it for the front camera but with this app helps a lot for me.. was even close to get a iPhone X just cause of that feature :)

I’m on the iPhone 6s and just purchased this and it works amazing I love it I can edit focal points better then my blade Zmax does with its bokeh camera feature I recommend this app u can zoom in close to get them good edges and if u use a touch pen it may even work better..

Great app for those without the 7+
This app is legit. I'm beyond impressed with the ease of use, and I'm super happy the developer updated the app so it now works with the latest iOS. I don't have a 7+, so this app definitely helps, and looks strikingly similar, to the "depth effect" on the 7+.

Great substitute for long lenses
What an easy fix for not having a slew of lenses. A little work, and can use a little improvement, but overall, an easy way to cheat carrying lots of camera equipment around. My friends think I'm not using my phone to take the photos I send them.

Best bokeh app
This is the perfect app for me to use when I want to create that blur effect of pro cameras. It works perfect on my iPhone SE. The app is easy to use and the interface is very simple and practical.
