Lots of bugs. Can’t participate in puzzles even though I want to

App is not working well - won’t accept any credit card details - spits out a nasty looking dev error, regardless of what credit card I provide.
Now, even though I’m signed in, won’t show all videos pertaining to the Phantom puzzle - it keeps saying to download the app. I AM in the app.
