As an athlete the app has helped me stay on top of my recovery. One week I played terribly in practice. My legs were tired and I couldn’t focus and I was moody. For 3 days I felt like this, so I reached out to my performance coach. The first thing she asked asked me was how many DOTS I had. Instantly, I knew what the problem was. I’d had a lot of school work and not tracked my DOTS on the app, nor was I doing Quick Checks. The app is awesome and keeps it quick and simple.
