Terrible app response
It pops the pic of the chair on the screen and sometimes you have to close out of the app multiple times for it to remove that from the screen. It has almost 2% response to trying to adjust the controls. It will not “select” the option that I try to put it on so that I can adjust the intensity up or down. It will not even highlight the option. It will not allow you to adjust.
I paid almost $13,000 for this chair and it has one of the worst apps out there. Very disappointing.
