Breathe Simply guides you instantly to intentional breathing. It consists of a single screen with a circle that times your cycle through breathing in, pausing and breathing out.
Ancient wisdom and modern science agree--paying attention to your breathing is a powerful way to decrease stress and anxiety and increase a sense of well-being.
When the screen first opens, use the preset values or set your preferred time in seconds for inhalation, holding and exhalation, and how many times you wish the cycle to repeat. Version 2.0 adds an optional second hold between exhalation and inhalation. Use the volume buttons on your device to set the sound level. Once set, click the Start button and the settings buttons disappear. Simply follow the marker around the circle, or set aside your device and listen to the voice prompts guiding your breathing.
