Based on user feedback we added a setting that will disable the new completion sound at the end of a routine. This setting is turned on by default but if you would like to disable the new sound edit your profile settings. Assuming Audio is turned on the app will then play only the original end sound regardless of whether a routine was completed or not.

***Show Routine Details*** Based on actual user requests Pro users may now preview all the patterns in routines by going to the settings tab, clicking on Edit User Settings and then toggling the Show Routine Details item ON. Once this is turned on it allows an advanced user to preview all the patterns (steps) in all routines including a pie chart of breath phases , pattern titles, breaths per minute, duration and selected sound for each. NOTE: Users can not not edit these previews until they make a User Copy of the routine and then they may edit the entire routine as before.

**New Practice Calendar View*** This view is available from the home Category List View. Their is a calendar icon in the upper right of this view which when clicked provides a view of the current and previous months practice results. Days where no practice activity took place have no marking, days where user did not achieve 80% of their daily practice goal have a red dot and days where they attained 80% of their daily practice goal are in blue. Also anytime a user has achieved 80% of their goal for 4 consecutive days or more they will see the practice dates marked in blue with a flashing gold star to mark the practice streak!

***Enhanced Watch Connectivity***
The Watch now accepts changes from the iPhone whenever a user updates their ProfileSettings such as when they change their haptic feedback preference.
The Watch now also sends any new HoldTimer Items that are saved on the watch back to the iPhone so they can be displayed in the HoldLog.
***HoldLog and BPMLog Enhancements***
Users can now remove unwanted HoldTimes or BPMTest results from their respective logs by doing a long press on the specific BarChart item they wish to delete.

Added a new capability to adjust the Breaths Per Minute (BPM) setting directly. This means users can first set the relative times/ratios for the phases of the breath such as: Inhale = 2 sec, Retain = 1 sec, Exhale = 4 sec and Sustain = 1 sec which would equate to a 7.5 BPM given those specific timings. But now the user can dial in a specific BPM say for example 5.5 BPM that will automatically adjust the intervals using the same ratios as originally established (ie. 2-1-4-1). This allows users to take established patterns and tune them specifically to their needs / desires.
Also made a series of refinements to the Watch experience and resolved a few minor bugs.
