This app aims to guide you develop slow, conscious and more effective breathing. Visual, audio and vibration prompts are used to help you through 4 basic breathing exercises plus 2 more that you can customize to suit your preference . As you become more comfortable with these breathing exercises, you may want to increase the duration while doing them hourly. You will find that training yourself to breath exclusively through your nose will bring significant benefits that you will quickly begin to feel and experience.
