Unusable
This is a terrible app from start to finish. For example, signup requires two contacts with three phone numbers each. This makes some strange assumptions about families.
On signup a pool location is assigned and it does not appear possible to change. I was given a location 125 miles away despite there being two location with 10 miles, so I can’t actually find classes in my home pool (or pools).
This app was clearly contracted to a company who doesn’t understand or care about user experience and it shows.

App doesn’t work
Unusable. Created a log in, but now when I try to log in nothing happens. I hit the “sign in” button and nothing happens. It never signs me so I can’t utilized any of the functions. I called and told them a few months ago about this issue. Still hasn’t been fixed. Completely useless

There is no option to cancel membership. No option to change payment method. No option to remove your kids. Terrible app with terrible user experience.

App does not work
This App loads but doesn’t go beyond the splash screen on iPhone 13 Plus. Pressing the “Account” link does not do anything. Force quote and relaunched, same issue. Giving one star cause there are no options for zero or negative stars.

Horrible load times
Doesn’t want to load account, billing, etc. the important things needed to run your account. I won’t use but the desktop website is horrible also.

My wife and I have the app and it doesn’t open past the splash screen on iOS 13 unless you force quit. The UI is like something from the early 2000s. Needs an overhaul badly.

Limited locations listed in the app, so I cannot get past the opening screen. Fantastic swim school - broken app

The British Swim School’s one-size-fits-all approach is inherently discriminatory and ableist. Is your child a little different from so-called “norms”? Don’t go here.
