This is gold! Here’s why ...
Brooke Taylor’s method WORKS. I mean it. Try this app. The way she teaches you to monitor and use your heart rate as a tool (so you really push yourself, but not TOO hard where you can’t go after it the next day). The way she thoughtfully and strategically crafts the workouts to build upon each other, so they are always getting progressively harder (but give you the stepping stones to strengthen the right muscles first, so you have the foundation). The way she teaches you to have a relationship with food. It’s all gold.

I say all of this from experience. I could barely do a squat and had a muscular imbalance in my hip when I started (in addition to my struggle to recover from two C-Sections). But through trusting her process and watching my form, I was able to build my strength up the right way (while shedding pounds) and having fun! My body moves in an entirely different way now and I’m so proud of it. And through nutrition and workout consistency, I’m forming lifelong habits that I couldn’t put a price on. I’m a mother of two now – a 15 month old and a 4 year old – and I’m about to be in the very best shape of my adult life, including my pre baby self. It’s so exciting to have a tool like this in my pocket. And the support of a community of strong, beautiful women that Brooke is creating.

Best Fitness App!
I’ve tried many other fitness apps and classes over the years, but Brooke’s program is the only one that really works for me. I first met Brooke in 2010 when she was my trainer at a local gym. After a few short months and a lot of hard work, I was in the best shape of my life. I was so excited when Brooke announced she had created this app that combines all her exercises, nutritional advice and enthusiasm in one place. The app includes everything you’ll require to be successful-a workout preview with videos showing each exercise, healthy, easy-to-make recipes, a list of equipment you’ll need and lots of helpful tips. As you progress through each of the different levels, you start to see and feel the results. In addition to losing weight, I feel myself getting stronger and more flexible with each workout. I have more energy throughout the day and I’m sleeping better at night. When you join Brooke’s app, you are also part of a community of people who are also going through the program and are motivating each other to succeed. If you want to see results, I highly recommend this app!

Brooke Taylor Fit app is all you need! Brooke has thought of it all. She has done all the guess work for you. You can tell she has had many years of educating herself on the best exercise techniques to yield results. Within the app she has a day by day exercise program along with delicious healthy recipes for you to fix. All you have to do is show up. The app is so easy to navigate as Brooke breaks down each exercise with instruction, and each new workout builds on the last! I have cooked many of the recipes and they are easy, quick, and delicious! After using the app for 28 days I feel better and can already see a difference in my appearance. The thing I love most about the app is Brooke makes it personal. She is always available to answer questions and is supportive, offering positive feedback! She makes you feel important like you are her only client. This app truly is the best. If you have been looking for a workout app you need to give this one a try!

So helpful and it works!
I’ve been working with Brooke Taylor for about 15 years and altho I’ve moved many states away I still keep coming back to her to be fit and healthy. This app and the programs she created make it like we’re back in the same gym again. She does the workouts with you so you can follow along easily. There is a method to her madness. She works every area in the CORRECT way while building up a sweat and feeling accomplished after every workout. Another thing that I love about this app that I haven’t found anywhere else is she has many easy to cook healthy recipes that you can add all the ingredients to a shopping a list which makes grocery shopping that much easier.
Brooke is supportive, knowledgeable, helpful and knows what she is doing down to a science. Easily one of my favorite apps on my phone.
The challenges she does really makes you want to workout eat healthy and not miss a single workout, the accountable which I need is 100%!

Appppppsolutely Aaaamazing Fitness App!
Brooke Taylor’s fitness app is amazing! It’s easy to follow and right when I slow down in my workout or lose my form, it’s like she “knows” and is right there with me, keeping me accountable and wanting to give my all and do my best! She’s a trainer at my finger tips, at my convenience! There’s so many other great features to this app, as well, built into monitoring my progress and I haven’t found that anywhere else! I highly recommend this for beginners and advanced trainers! There’s something for everyone! The recipes are amazing and the community that is built around this app has become an added plus, too!

Love love love
I’ve been training using Brooke’s method for years through all stages of life… her workouts leave my body feeling GOOD… not limping in pain. Brooke works you out smart. I love that she always explains and provides a modification. Since the pandemic, the app has allowed me to continue working out “with Brooke” The app has her progressive programs or classes that you can follow along with. It also includes recipes that are actually easy to make !!! Since having a baby, my time is even more limited and precious … Brooke gets that. She delivers results in a safe way ( with a lot of hard work, of course lol)

Brooke Taylor Fit App is one of the best! She doesn’t try to ‘sell’ you a quick way to lose weight- this is about changing your midset, working with your body and heart rate and having a community of support. I’ve seen real results that last because of her and this app - it’s literally having a personal trainer at your fingertips whenever and whereever you are at. The recipe section is also genious - clean, fresh food that you simply put into a shopping list, makes it so easy for my busy lifestyle! Try it out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!

No more excuses!
This is app is perfect in so many ways! With my busy work schedule I don’t have time to go to the gym, or schedule a time to take a specific class... and now I don’t need to worry about that! With this app I can work out when ever it’s a good time for ME! I love the pre recorded work outs for one-on-one time with Brooke. It makes me feel like I have my own personal trainer! I love that she has a variety of exercises ranging from Pilates to cardio, and quick 20min work outs to more involved 40 min work outs. There really is no more excuses anymore! There’s something in this app for everyone!

The best overall guide to better yourself
This App has changed the way I look at exercising, simple meal planning and creating a routine to help fit myself in this crazy life with 3 kids under 5. Brooke provides such 1 v 1 attention, follow up, recognition & fun challenges to keep you fully engaged. Delicious recipes and great strategy
I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks now and have made a number of recipes from this app and they’re all delicious. Brooke has a method to her madness in the lay out of each workout. I’ve been going to the gym for years and had plateaued with weight loss and I’m already feeling less bloated and have lost weight. My core is already feeling stronger from her full body workouts.
