Doesn't work
Worked great until update of iOS to 7.3. Now it won't open (acts like it is updating), can't delete it. Will probably return selfie stick bc it's useless without the app.

BT shutter App No Good
The handgrip is a nice bit of Smart Phone gadgetry, but the App is worthless. As soon as you press the shutter button, the App crashes and not picture is taken. If you like to take videos, the hand grip makes it easier to hold an iPhone in one hand while you. Use the phones video controls, there is a wrist strap too. But the App that goes with the grip just does not work. The App developer does not seem to be able to fix the problem, but sends nice text messages saying he want you to be satisfied. He also asked you to send a video showing how the App does not work. Hope stupid is that: he can replicate the problem in his own office.

This app is crap
I just bought a diving phone housing and this app is supposed to allow me to switch from vid to pics with the push of a button and as soon as you hit a button the thing crashes. Good thing I tested it out before I went for a dive or I would have been out a camera with the phone going back to the home screen. The designer of this app needs to get this fixed soon as I only have either pics or vids when I choose it at the boat. This is a crap app and I’m almost sorry I got this case since I’m limited under water with the taking pics or vids now.

Needs an update
This app used to work perfect with my IPhone 6s but since the last 2 phone software updates, like in other reviews, it just crashes right after you push the shutter key. Now I can only use the remote for shutter control with the camera app that on the phone. I just wish the developers would just come out with an update since it’s been 3 years since the last app update for bug fixes. This use to be a great product! I’m sure it can be again.

App works as expected.
Works with iPhone X. The only issue that I have is that the keyboard does not appear when the device is connected to the iPhone.

Crash
This App crashes instantly after pressing clicker to take picture and take video. The footage doesn’t save. Also in Instagram and Snapchat, as I hold the button to take a video on the clicker, it doesn’t do anything until I let go of button and it takes a picture instead video.

pictures all disappeared
We took a lot of pictures on vacation. None transferred to our phone despite allowing access and now they are all gone! We lost all our memories!

Downloaded second time so could review works with hand held device but pictures disappear not saved to library one app closes have to reopen pro version at lest saves photos now to delete app again
