and suggestions for weight choices and Quincy customized the workouts each day based on the goals I shared with him. 8 weeks and 5 days later, I reached my 10lb weight loss goal. Bigger than that is that I feel strong, lean, confident, supported and have no plans to stop. While the workouts and nutrition plan challenge me, they are accomplishable and I can honestly say I look forward to checking my app each morning to see what my day has in store for me. I just can't recommend Quincy enough, he's easy to talk too, has never made me feel like any of my questions (though many were) were stupid and I walk around the gym now proudly repping his merch and know where all the machines/weights/tools are in my gym making workouts effective and efficient. There is no one size fits all when it comes to fitness but I feel confident I could dream up any workout/skill/goal possible and he would help me find a way to make it happen. If you want to train outdoors - no problem, at your gym - no problem, at 5am - not a problem. I'm going to stop there because I could keep rambling but hey ... I just got results I strived for .... for years.....in 8 weeks.😀
