In order to seal the deal and win my business I need to see that the product works and has a record of success. This app was downloaded so I could preview the features and understand better the product. The very first thing it does is lock everything until you connect to a tub. Why not help sell it!? Is it a right Drain or left drain, what color do you want it, do you wants jets or not, skirt or not. Heater or not... build it out and then give me options to buy. Lead generate to your distributors and help me buy your stuff because at this point I’m deleting the app as fast as I downloaded it trying to research your products and now I question if the thing will actually work. What’s the warrant like? All those questions could be answered in the app in a meaningful deliver method.

Absolutely a waste of time and effort. Does not pair with tub and app provides zero support or troubleshoot. I have to wonder why they even released it… I could have saved the time and money and not created an additional alcove or added the additional router to accommodate the module that links the tub to the app.
Final words: Don’t bother. Just be sure to install the hardwired controller where u can reach it from the tub… You will have all the control u need. Although, it really would have been nice if this actually worked…

Keeps telling me I am connected to an incompatible bath! Ridiculous that a poorly functioning app prevents taking a bath in an expensive tub.

Are there any software updates for this app ?
