Bubble Wars has been updated with two changes to improve game play:
In Defend mode, the collision detection with the play has been improved and game ends based on a bubble landing right next to the shooter vs distance. So it is more consistent and predictable. It is also easier to see why a game ended.
In all modes, the shot collision detection has been improved by about 16x, resulting in better shot landing. (This improvement is for player's shot only)

It was possible for Bubble Wars to get confused and start in TV mode if device was in landscape orientation and device Rotation Lock setting was off. It has been changed to prevent this. Apologies to all impacted by that bug; future landscape supported will be looked into.

Great, addicting game with one caveat...
Love, love this game, am so addicted. However, I just found out from my husband, who plays the game on his Kindle, that his has a level saving option (so he can go back to the level he last lost on), while mine (on my iPad and iPhone) requires I start over at zero every time I lose. No fair! Really frustrating. Please bring this feature to Apple devices and you will get a full five stars, not to mention my undying appreciation!

This game has helped me a lot
I have had this game for years and it occurred to me that I should leave a review since it has helped me so much with my anxiety over the years. Sounds silly but I hate medication and it did not work for me so I decided to work through it myself and found myself in this game to distract me from my anxiety very often. I love this game and I love that I have been playing the same game working up my score for about a year. It always saves, I just close it out and hop back in weeks later and it is right where I left off. Amazing game, 10/10. Thank you for helping me.

Let me start off by saying this game cheats. But it doesn’t matter. It’s a game you love to hate and hate to love. It will throw everything at you and it doesn’t stop at cheating. When you do win a level you’ll feel angry and happy all at once. If you know the name of that emotion let me know. You probably shouldn’t start playing this game since it’s addictive in a masochistic kind of way. If you ignore what I’m telling you. Welcome to the game. And don’t leave a neg review since you’ve been warned and you’ll only look like a crybaby.

Thanks for the continued updates! Bubble Wars is back to normal and has surpassed its previous glory! I understand that the game had to be rebuilt from scratch to replace outdated technology, but was, unfortunately, un-playable on some devices after the rebuild. I appreciate your continued efforts to restore and improve the features. It's working well on all my devices and I love the new enhancements! Well done! Thanks again!

What a Cheat!
This would be a great game to pass the time if the AI didn't cheat so much. Be aware, this will happen. And the farther you progress through the levels the worse and more flagrant it becomes!
1. The ball will change color MID-FLIGHT after you shoot it.
2. You can place the ball EXACTLY where you aimed and it will bounce out after it hits not removing any balls.
3. When you are close to clearing the field, the AI will only give you colors that are COMPLETELY covered forcing the replenishment phase.
4. After the field replenishes, the balls will keep changing position making sure no same-colored balls are touching. This can continue as much as 2-3 shots into the next round depending on how high of level you are playing.
These are only the main cheats. If your ok with this and can keep from throwing your iPad up against the wall, then this game may be for you. Good Luck!

Meh…
The program used to let you actually let you progress through levels. I’ve been working on level 103 for almost a year and cannot get past it. I don’t spend a lot of time with it, thinking if I leave it alone for a week or so the program will notice and let me pass through. Nope. Luckily I’ve found other games that are challenging yet not impossible. Those are now my go-to apps.

Color change
I love the game. It is the perfect game to pass the time with. This would have gotten a 5 star rating but I am having trouble telling the difference between the pink and orange color bubbles. Please Chang one of them so they don’t look the same.

You have fixed it to fit on an iPad screen, thanks. However, as several other reviews have mentioned, several times in one game the bubble passes right through the bubbles I’m shooting at as if they don’t exist. Please fix this also!

The worst apple watch game that exist
I think it’s absolutely funny how i used to win all the time in this but now this game is so trash that they don’t even let you win. When i play it’ll send the ball where i never even sent it, it’ll glitch and the ball will go through everything and go out of bounds. This game is trash and a cheat don’t recommend
