Great center
As a grandmother my grandson’s teachers have been very supportive and helpful with his learning process. He has been attending since they first opened their doors.

Too many glitches
I’ve had problems with this app ever since our daycare made us switch to it. I wish we could go back. This app gave me (and the center) so many problems because it wouldn’t even load the child tracking tab - the whole point of the app for a parent. Now, despite push notifications being on everywhere (in the app and on my phone settings), I get no notifications so it’s pointless. The whole reason I send my kid to this daycare is for the updates throughout the day. I’ve also tried sending in support tickets and have heard nothing.
Update: I got notification to work from uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but still heard nothing from support.

Terrible
The app is bloated with nonsense, not useful for a parent. It should be separated for children and parents. Also, the limited functionality of the parental side is basically rendered useless by the fact that it never updates, or is inaccurate with time. Plus, you can’t even communicate with the center via the app like Procare offers. It took the center a couple days to even connect us due to both technical issues and minor information missing. Finally, skipping the intro every time I open this god-forsaken app is a curse. The developers did not understand the end users needs. As for the rest of the app, my daughter is 9months old; it’s useless.

Need a Give Feedback button
The app is fine - let’s TLE and I communicate about my child. There are some glitches that I would like to let the developer know. For example, it looks like I could choose which category I would like to be notified about (event, announcements, pictures) but it’s working like an on/off button instead. I think if you add a feedback button, some people may stop giving the feedback as a review?

Notification Configuration Doesn't Work
The app is fine for getting info about my child's day but the notification configuration doesn't work. You can turn on notifications and then apparently select which ones to receive or not. I've tried every possible combination, and regardless of the setting it pushes all notifications. I only need urgent announcements or chat, but to get them, I also get flooded with all of the pictures, snack updates, etc.

Visibility for parents/fun for kids
There are awesome learning games on this app that reinforce what my preschooler is taught and it also allows me to keep track of what happens in her days. I love this, the only improvement I would suggest is quicker refresh. There are times my child’s teacher uploads meals and pictures throughout the day only for me to see them later in the evening.

Would be great great if it has a button to reply or remind teacher something as pick up and drop off baby is really quick and busy to leave. No time to remind teacher something.

Bubbles and Friends - TLE
I’m pleased The Learning Experience (TLE) has added this software for parents! Our son gets to watch his favorite TLE characters on videos and play fun games we me. I get to see photo updates on his daily activities, nap times, what he eats, etc. Bubble and Friends is an easy to use app!

The app is way better now!!!! The notifications work unlike the last app. Just the check in and check out time is not reflecting correctly! Definitely love the new and improved app!

Crashes
I’ve had the app since our daycare switched to this and it’s horrible. It crashes so often if you try to look at old photos just from the last week or past events (diaper changes, feedings, etc) the daycare inputs into the app. It’s horrible!
When I go into the app, I have to skip this introduction every time. It takes a second, but I would like a simpler way to quickly see how my kid is doing at daycare.
I wish our daycare stayed with the previous app.
