Other apps are more accurate. Extremely unhappy that the app home page says there’s a free trial, but a check box was required (which I missed) and I was charged the full amount so shame on me, but I’d never buy this app again or recommend it. “Picture Insect” app is far more accurate albeit more expensive.

Have it one star because I couldn’t give it less. Downloaded it, checked the 3 day free trial box and was instantly billed $10 and change for a months service before I even had a chance to see if I wanted it. Total scam.

I had found a beetle. I really wanted to know what it was. So I thought I would try this app for a free trial. Sadly I somehow got charged 9.99.
I was able to identify the beetle with the app however, I had to go online and google it to actually find out if it was harmful in my garden.
So I canceled my subscription but it looks like owing this app for less than an hour has cost me 9.99.
Next time I’ll just google it.

Deceptive subscription
Very unclear subscription setup; page said 3 day free trial and yet immediately charged me a monthly fee of $9.99. Even when cancelling subscription within minutes, not refunded. Absolutely unacceptable!

Supposed to be a 3 day free trial but I was immediately billed $9.99. It identified 2 photos of the same bug as 2 different species so I immediately canceled the subscription. I contacted Apple for a refund.
