Good app except for one thing
The login process is simply idiotic. One has to enter the phone number and password EVERY time when the app is launched. It does not remember the credentials nor does it support facial recognition.
Why!!!!
Also, I can understand having to enter the birthday to open the lab reports (pdf) if received via email. But why is this necessary to view lab reports in the app when one is already authenticated?
This is pure laziness with the developers. They are not thinking about user experience.
The rest of the functionality on the app is pretty good.
