Missing some things
I really really wish they would add a feature that counted attendance just for the current calendar year, in addition to total camp attendance overall. That would help those of us who track our yearly attendance to achieve our 50, 100, and 250 goals so much!!
Because this feature doesn’t exist, I keep a paper calendar at home to keep exact track. But when I forget to record days for a while, I USED TO BE ABLE IN THE OLD VERSION, to go back as far as I needed in my attendance record to see what camps I’d attended. Now the app only keeps track of a limited number of recent camps, not your full attendance record. I REALLY MISS being able to see my full attendance record!
OR add the option to check current calendar attendance IN ADDITION to overall attendance.

Missing 2 functions
1) When a course is full, it would be amazing if we can get notified by text when someone drops so we can add ourselves to the camp instead of constantly checking throughout the day to see if space is available.
2) There needs to be a counting function that tells you how many camps you’ve visited throughout the year.

Can’t book classes
I joined my local Burn a couple of months ago and I downloaded the app so I could book my classes in advance, without having to wait in line at the kiosk in the gym. However, the app never lets me book in advance! When I click the “Book” button, it directs me to a “Buy Services” page, and tells me about the current special (currently the 7 day free trial.) But I am already a paying member, in an 18 month contract - I am not eligible nor do I need any specials. I’ve tried uninstalling, updating, etc… but nothing works. The app seems useless at this point, except for checking the schedule.

Barely Functional (edit: they fixed it!!)
Since I updated the app yesterday, I can only view camp times - all other actions (schedule focus meetings, view attendance, etc.) cause the app to restart and go back to the location schedule landing page.
Update: tried deleting and reinstalling the app- now the app won’t stay open at all! I love Burn Boot Camp but this app doesn’t work!

Can’t log in
New member and was told to download the app. I’ve been trying for 2 days to sign in. Receive a message saying “An unknown error occurred, please try again.” I tried on the iPad and both my personal and work iPhones. Same error on all. I verified my login information by logging into the website, so I know it’s not an incorrect login information issue. This doesn’t give a very good first impression of what’s to come and, if this is an indication of what to expect from this company, I’m glad I didn’t sign up long-term!

Won’t let me book a camp
I’m a member with an 18 month contract and I cannot book a camp! I keep getting a message to buy services when I try. The app has many other great features but with camps by booking only, it leaves me high and dry for what I need and I am paying expensive boutique gym prices for not being able to go when it is most convenient. I can’t book focus meetings either. Other members have said they cannot book the day their draft comes out for payment. This issue needs to be fixed!

It’s fine, just wish it counted
I see the new app shows how many camps I’ve been to since I’ve started at burn, but would like to see the number of camps I’ve attended for the year. I used to have to go back and count my camps I’ve attended, but now you can only go back a week or so, so there’s no way to count my attendance for the year anymore.

App is not sharing with calendar
Since the last update, I am no longer able to share with my calendar. I have to open app to see scheduled days. I have deleted and downloaded the app. I have also double checked that the settings were correct for app to share with calendar. Which it is. Can you please check this out? Outside of that- app is great.

Incredible camp and workout community
Amazing camp and workouts, never the same camps within the month. Always changing things up and making it fun! Fantastic trainers as well as supportive and encouraging women (and some men) making you want to just keep coming back. You get to try it out for 2 weeks free too!
