AUTO-GENERATE FEATURE
The app creates your workout for you!
Select the number of 5-minute rounds you’d like in your workout.
Select the round types for each of your rounds (warm-up, upper body, lower body, combo, or core).
Select the number of exercises per round.
Select the equipment you’d like to use for your workout.
Lastly, simply select “Auto-Generate” and the app will create your entire workout based on the parameters you chose. It’s that easy!
VISUAL AID
Videos of every exercise are played throughout each interval during your workout on the main large screen.
A smaller video of the upcoming exercise interval plays to preview what’s coming next.
Prior to the start of each round, a list of the upcoming exercises for that round is displayed so you’ll know what to expect before the round begins.
BUILT-IN TIMER
A countdown timer displays so you stay aware of the remaining time in each interval and rest period throughout your workout.
The Cage Fitness App makes class creation simple, while also providing a visual aid to keep you on track from start to finish. With an exercise library of hundreds of videos – which continues to grow – your workouts will stay fresh and new for years to come!

Excellent Workout App
This app is perfect for me to increase my cardio for soccer. The Cage Fitness app offers all different programs designed for every fitness level. Cage fitness programs include bodyweight, band workouts, strength and toning with a bag. I used to take the class at a location in Tampa and know it’s back and I can workout right from home via the app. Great App!!!

Just what I needed!
If you’re like me and love high intensity workouts under 30 min where you’re not stuck on one exercise for too long than this app is perfect. I love how you can choose from banded workouts or free body weight. My band came super quick in the mail and I love it.

Perfect for all ages!
As a young adult, I have been able to make the most of these workouts! It only takes 30 minutes of my time and I get in a good sweat. As someone who loves fitness, I thoroughly enjoy Cage fitness! I love that I can take this app anywhere.

Loved the ability to modify
As an older woman with “bad knees” I was not sure this was going to be for me. But I am able to use the modifications with some of the exercises and still get a great workout. I can see how Cage can be used with all sorts of fitness levels.
