The Cal State LA GETmobile app lets you view class information, grades, fee information, and much more! Students will need their My Cal State LA account for authentication to access GET functions.
GETmobile brings the following GET features and other functions directly to the students’ mobile devices:
• View current and past class schedules with class details and the University Course Catalog
• View fee information and pay fees
• View holds, To-Do list, and notices from the University
• View the current term final exam schedules and grades
• Complete the Student Course Evaluation
• Enrollment features allow search, add, and drop classes from the shopping cart and get on the waitlist
• Access Financial Aid information to view financial aid information by term and aid year
• Lauch and access Canvas, Ask Cal State LA Chatbot, and Scheduler Planner from GETmobile for ease
• Campus Map to find the quickest route to classes, events, and offices

Super useful
As a new transfer student the app is super useful. It helps locate the building you are looking for on the map and shows you a picture so you know exactly what you should be looking for. It tell you the hours of operation for the day for all services such as administration, library, bookstore, all the food on campus and the coolest part has to be the Starbucks line live stream.

Unknown notices & Moodle access
I like the app because it’s really helpful and handy to easily access class information. I just can’t figure out why the app shows I have 13 notifications under Financial Aid, because when I click on it, it doesn’t show any alert that I have to click on to see. A little confused about that. Also, I was told by a staff before I got the app that I could access moodle through the GET app, but so far that has not been possible. Is it even available? Overall, app is good to have as a student.

Such a resourceful app!
I installed GETmobile around a year ago and it was pretty okay at the time; I wasn’t too familiar with the app nor was I fond of the design, but the new redesign is sooo clean and convenient! Everything is so easy to access and there aren’t long loading times or anything to make you want to open GET on the browser instead. Aside from the app’s physical properties, its redesign is also pleasing to the eyes. Great work!

Everything in one app!
This app has it all you’d need to navigate Cal State LA campus information, from interactive campus maps, food courts, computer labs, bus and train schedules, to public safety info. But most important is an easy access to my class and exam schedules, financial aid info and more! You can enroll in classes on the go! What more can we ask for!?

Optimization
Update: new updates have been released and still no optimization for the plus models of the iPhone. This is a very annoying issue! 😡
This app is useful... but it's lacking one thing. It need to be optimized for the iPhone 6/6s/7 & the iPhone 6 Plus/6s plus/7 plus. It's quite annoying to look at this app as a stretched version of the iPhone 5/5c/5s, which it currently is. And also, can you guys update the moodle mobile app plugin?! Moodle is not working with the iPhone app. I already contacted moodle and the moodle site administrator for cal state la hasn't updated this plugin.

I enjoy connecting
I’m new to CSULA but am familiar with the style of this app my college had the same set up. I love the way that I can easily connect with other students . Also, get answers to question I may have and connect to other resources as well !

IMPROVED IMMENSELY
This is the app I’ve been waiting for. All the content you need in terms of classes, events, financial info, etc. is all here. The interface is friendly enough, and I no longer have to keep logging on to GET via computer to check what I have to do all the time.

This app is honestly so resourceful and convenient especially for freshman. I love how it tells you where your classes are located on the map so you won’t waste your time getting lost :). I’m glad I found out about the app.

A little confusing
That is a little confusing but I think after sometime I’ll be able to get the hang of it I just wish it was easier to use or if there was a tour/tutorial and how to use the app
