A Little Help
I love using this app to keep everything organized and in one place for my missionary. I do have a question about some of the features and can not contact the developers. There is no way to contact them from the app and no email address on the site. I have tried the phone number provided on the site but was unsure if I had reached the right company as it was a garbled message. They do have a physical address but it seems to me that there should be an easier way to ask a simple question. Happy to change review to 5 stars if I can figure out how to get in contact.

Awesome App!
So my 3rd child just received her mission call to Brazil and I started thinking of all the stuff I would need to do in today’s world of social media. I knew I would need a way to create a blog and be able to share letters and pictures and her current location and keep her contact info current and a way to keep and organize all the letters home. I fore saw hours copy and pasting letters and forwarding letters and pictures to family and friends. That’s what we did with my older two kids. Then at the end we had binders with letters and photos stuck in a closet. This is a incredible way of doing all that PLUS you can create books that are very nice and something they can keep for ever and have for their kids. Plus customer support is “off the hook” which according to my teen means the best. Thanks for this App!!!

Five Star App!
I’ve been using this app for the past six months! I love that it stores all my sons mission letters and allows my friends and family to read letters and see the pictures instantly. The app also has a fun countdown and even keeps track of mission areas, companions, weather, time of day etc. Once mission is completed I’ll be able to get letters and pictures printed - the books look amazing! My older son served a mission 7 years ago and the owner of this app was able to retrieve all the letters from a blog and uploaded them into this app. It has been fun to go back and read letters and see pictures instantly!

Poor customer support
I really liked this app until I started adding pictures. The app says they will add in reverse chronological order, but when I added them they show up in a random, mixed up order. I’ve emailed customer support twice for help and haven’t received a response.

Don’t order the book
I ordered the book, paid a hefty price for it and never received it! After multiple attempts to contact regarding this issue still no book and haven’t even received a response. Buyer beware!

This app is horrible
I spent hours uploading letters and photos, and one day I opened the app and they were gone. It won’t let me change her return date, it did at one point, but it also reverted and is lost. So disappointed!!

Not user friendly
The “help” section has very little information-not helpful at all. Maybe it’s just me but I couldn’t figure out how to add emails that my son has sent me. There are no instructions. I was excited about this app but, sadly, deleted it out of frustration.
