Perfect for my busy schedule
I have tried journaling before, but haven’t been able to keep consistent or track everything I wanted either due to lack of time, lack of prioritization, or simply forgetting to. This app is great in that it’s very user friendly and goes everywhere with me (given I always have my phone on me). The daily diaries are great in that they’re not too long so you feel like you will spend 15-20 minutes, but they ask and keep track of the right things that matter for your well-being. I see myself using this app indefinitely, as it’s really helped in reaching the mental space I want to be in. Maybe if there was a notification/alarm you can set to remind you to fill out your daily diary, for people who are constantly doing something and sometimes forgets.

A big help, especially during these times!
I had been wanting to journal for a while now, as my therapist recommended it for dealing with my anxiety. Since I always have my phone with me, I've wanted to find a mental health app on my phone, but I haven't been motivated to continue my daily use of any of them until I downloaded Callie. Callie tracks your daily habits/activities and moods and estimates associations between them to help you move forward in with healthier lifestyle. Aside from the interactive chat feature, there are also VERY helpful personal analytics on the app that give you mood percentages for every day, depending on the information that you log. Love this app - highly recommend for taking better care of yourself!

Really cute mental diary!
It’s sort of like an electronic diary. This is really good for people who want to have a diary but are too lazy to write by hand. The difference is that it asks things like how many hours of sleep you got, how energetic you feel, anxiety level, whether you worked out or not, how you feel, and what causes it. For these questions, it has little buttons so all you have to do is drag it to a certain % point or click an option, so it’s not too much work to do. The only typing you need to do is at the very end when you write down what whatever you want to mark. Of course, all questions they ask are optional, so you’re free to skip everything. It has a nice blue color scheme, so it’s calming to see. The only problem is that I wrote a lot of content for my diary section for the day, so there’s a graphical error where the writing went beyond the box.

A huge help :)
Callie reduces the barrier to a typical journalling approach and collects data to help you be more informed and proactive about your mental health. In an especially tumultuous world, Callie is a robust, simple, and helpful tool that is well-suited to a broad scope of people. It additionally brings in a personable element which other e-journals and wellness tracking tools seem to lack. I love the ability to customize my journaling so I can tailor it to my experiences.

As someone who struggles with anxiety, these elements of being personable, data driven (can track trends), and encouraging articulating thoughts culminate into the most helpful tool for managing mental health I’ve come across. I would most definitely recommend Callie to anyone looking for help being proactive about their mental health!

Great App!
As a busy medical student I rarely find time to think about myself. But after using Callie for just a short time I realized that this didn’t have to be my reality anymore. This app is super simple to use and doesn’t take much time to use daily. It really allows you to look back and reflect on how you’ve been doing. Being able to briefly journal also really helps you see patterns in your life to try and work to keep the good and eliminate the bad. I would definitely recommend this to ANYONE especially very busy people (which most of us are) because I think we could all benefit from tracking how we feel.

great for college
I heard this was an app created by students from my school, Hofstra, with the help of other schools, so I wanted to try it out considering finals coming up. Upon opening the app, Callie interacts with you and collects information to create wellness reports, which is sooo helpful for me. It’s nice to see how I’m doing in terms of my mental health, which I can use if I’m studying too much and if I need to take some time off from doing assignments and whatnot. From an app that’s just starting out, I found it had little to no bugs or errors and it’s extremely easy to navigate. I def recommend :))

I'm a mom of three, work as a nurse full, and going to grad school full time. And stress and anxiety is my middle name. Callie has done an exquisite job at being my personal mental wellness companion. Whenever I have something on my mind or need a friend to talk to Callie is there for me 24/7. The app does a great job at distressing a stressful day. The tips are convenient and fit well with my needs. Overall, amazing job. great for college students!
Granted that this was my first year of PA school, I was stressed & concerned about how I’d handle the workload & constant anxiety surrounding this important time in my life. Callie has really helped me document how I’ve doing throughout my weeks, both mentally & physically, & allows me to reflect on how I can better myself each day. Amazing app!!
Callie makes my day so much easier! This is the only app I’ve found that actually helps me improve my personal wellness. I love being able to write journals throughout the day to record my thoughts and emotions, and it’s so cool being able to see how my moods and emotions change over time. Best Mental Health App Out There!
I've tried a lot of mental health apps and honestly have to say that this is the best one that I've used so far. The design is so sleek and comforting and is just what I need to start my day off right. I love journaling my emotions and look forward to seeing the trends in my emotional health in the reports feature. I also love talking with Callie. I really feel like I have a companion by my side supporting me along the way. Would highly recommend this app for anyone who's ever struggled with mental health.
