Do you want to lose weight?
Use this app! Don’t try others. This is the top service I’ve seen. Forget their customer service. Everyone’s raving about it and yes it is that good. The whole process and how they make it so Dham easy for you. It’s amazing amazing to see this is Saudi. I tried this app. And loved it. I made the mistake of saying well let’s try freshhouse maybe it may be better. I shouldn’t have tried Calo first because I got spoiled. I wanted to cancel freshhouse from the first day. I’ve come back to Calo. I’ve monitored my weight loss and I see the results. Lose weight? Get Calo, stick to the meal, you won’t want to eat anything, just have alittle self control and it will be easy! Amazing service guys. Kudos to you!

Unprecedented customers service and food
I almost never write reviews (literally the last time was in 2019) but what can I say. I’m blown away by the customer service experience at Calo! Never in my 37 years have I seen such smooth customer support that is available 24/7 and pleasant to deal with even at 4 am in the morning (looking at you big corporates). The food prep and ingredients quality is top-notch, specially with vegetables based diet. You can immediately tell how fresh the produce are in your meals. I wish I can rate this higher than 5 stars. Just all around spectacular service and product. Keep it up guys!

Easy to use and great customer support! Basically the best food app I have used - integrated communication channel with the customer service; your account overview with countdown dates until end of service; nice pictures of food; easy way to swap the meals 👍

Great food but too many frivolous app updates
The developers are constantly making small, unnecessary updates to the app pretty much every week, so you are always having to update the app and re log in. Pretty annoying.
This is a meal prep company, so the fact that they spend so much time on unnecessary app updates is hilarious.

They did wrong
You can no longer access the App or login if you are connected via a VPN to me this is a huge negative and because of that i won’t be renewing my subscription with them. I’ve been able to access the app for over a month with a VPN and now they suddenly decided to disallow that without any prior warning. I cannot use the app because of this.

Calo along time ago was great option for diet meals. Today is the worst app, I’m challenging everyone if the calories is accurate ( all of it are carbs ). You’ll never lose weight depending on calo’s plans. Additionally, they delivered to me the same meal for lunch & dinner, and the reason provided by customer care is (technical issue).

Extremely overpriced
You do realize that the monthly plan (which is the cheapest option offered) brings a single meal’s price to about 40 Riyals!! That’s for a meal which you can easily prepare for less than 15 Riyals and with better portions too at home. Not worth it at these prices.
