Although I believe the idea is well intentioned and I was looking forward to using the app to support a worthy cause while using it for motivation to meet my walking goals on a more regular basis. After less than two weeks these are the issues I have encountered: 1) Although I paid the $60 registration on the second or third day of use, I am finding that today, approximately day 8, the app has locked out my access trying to collect another $60. 2) There is no “contact us” or “Help” link to report problems with the app, no phone number, email, nothing. I’m left in the cold with this review as my best hope of reaching someone to straighten my account out. 3) I got a passport stamp as I embarked on the journey and again at Destination 2. By Destination 3, my first passport stamp had disappeared and it wouldn’t reissue one for embarkation point, nor issue one for either the 3rd or 4th destinations. No Q & A or problem solving links to figure out how to deal with this or any other issues. 4) Along about the 3rd or 4th day the option appeared to automatically synch my Apple Health miles walked with the app which I set as my preference. Worked for a couple days, then nada. Option thereafter disappeared. It seemed to work perfectly during it’s oh-so-brief appearance. I noticed today the option was back again, but since I’m being held hostage for another 60 bucks, I can’t actually avail myself of it. 5)I would suggest better how-to’s, videos or explanations within the app to explain what to do when things go wrong. The app is not as user friendly as it appears to be. Right now I have paid $60 for an app that I am locked out of with no apparent way to contact customer service. Not a good experience, although I am holding out hope that this review will be seen and the problems taken care of. Otherwise, my 3 star rating is over-generous. Once the problems are cleared up, it will be a 4 or 5 star, because I think it’s a great cause. That keeps me from slamming them with a 0 stars. But please fix my account asap. Please. I really was looking forward to this.
