Log-in doesn’t work
While I love the idea and concept of this app, it is frustrating in practical use. Frequently when I log in it tells me my user name or password is invalid. I have to use the reset password link. The new password I set works only for a few hours and then it again says username or password is invalid. I’ve verified multiple times that the log-in information I have entered is correct. I cannot find a Contact Us part of the app to get technical help with this issue. Very frustrating.
