As a Jersey City native, I have watched the art scene blossom over the years. This app does an amazing job presenting the beautiful murals that are sprouting all over the city. I appreciate that all of the murals are locatable in the app's built-in map. If there is a mural that you really like, you can save the mural as a favorite within the app. I think the interface is modern and allows for easy navigation. Each mural featured in the app provides clear details on the artist and a description of the art piece. If you are interested, you can always view the artist's website to view more of their artwork. I love the fact that the app showcases murals from all parts of this big diverse city. So far I have visited 72% of the murals in Jersey City.. Yes, the app allows you to track the murals that you have visited.

This app should be a must have for all "Chilltown" residents that love art. I hope this app is created for the cities that I visit often such as Boston and Chicago.

I’m an avid mural hunter! CANVS makes it easy to discover and track street art. The app is responsive in real time so I can navigate while I’m on the go. It also allows me to share what I’ve found with others. Until now I was frustrated by using mural maps. The ones I’d tried were clunky, not well integrated with GPS, missing lots of info and out of date, etc., or geographically limited. The team of mural hunters entering murals into CANVS are serious and growing so it keeps getting better - more and more are added every day.

There are hundreds of murals murals not on the app, how can we add them without sending a message? Or at least mark that there is a location for the app to double check. While in San Francisco, I noticed that very few of the murals in the mission district are present on the app. It’s a shame to not be able to add them in or suggest that they be added in while at that location.

Also, I tried to “send feedback” and it says that the name field is blank. Problem? There is no name field to fill in. Lol

This is app is the absolute best way of highlighting and experiencing street art. I have always enjoyed murals but sometimes I would miss their exact location or wish to know more about the art and the artist. With CANVS I can take my exploration to the next level. Its like you cannot finish finding art. I love being able to find my favorite murals and favoriting ones to go check out at a later time. The creators of this application are geniuses! Thank you!

As someone who is new to street art, I find this app helpful in giving me the ability to explore my neighborhood through art especially during quarantine. It’s a great activity to go around a hunt for murals while learning more about the artists and the meaning of the piece. I would recommend this app to anyone who is artistic and would like to have fun looking at different street art pieces. I’m excited to see more cool features in the future.😊

As someone who works in digital advertising, this design and UX of this app is everything that we recommend to our clients as best practice. It's easy to use, has unique but straightforward features, and looks great! The team also is able to stay pretty up to date with new murals as they pop up and replace older ones. It's these opportunities that glue a community together. The app is so interactive and I love the detailed section in each artist. It's not just an app it's a movement and a creative sounding board that connects us as a community.

User friendly and interactive app that allows a community to learn about the surrounding murals and their artists. This app is unique and easy to navigate murals near and far. It provides the user the ability to learn more about the beautiful art displayed all around the neighborhood. So happy I downloaded this app!

Coming from the artists' perspective, this app has been an amazing tool for audiences, perspective clients, fans to be able to find my work. People ask me all the time "where can I find all your murals?" And I always direct them to this app. Thank you for creating another tool that works WITH the art and the artists!

But I have to give one to this app. It's so uncluttered in design, yet gives you everything you need in the menu: bookmarks, seen, favorites, and about. There's no free app out there that has such a unique collection, descriptive info on each piece, and continual additions. Makes you proud to be a bridge n' tunneler.
