I do enjoy this game. I can leave the game, and come back with money to spend.

Now, for the message. I have read some reviews, and most of them complain about the ads. I know a way to fix this.
TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. With no internet connection, the app won’t be able to access ads. It’s true you won’t be able to do the ad benefits, like when you buy cars and it lets you watch an ad to upgrade it, or when you can watch an ad to double your cars speed, but if you don’t like ads, then turn off your internet connection. Don’t quit the game because of ads. It’s fun and enjoyable. If you don’t like ads, improvise, don’t quit.

The game starts off really fun, it’s very mindless and you make quick progress. It does ramp up in cost pretty quick though and takes some of the enjoyment out of this game. On top of that there’s really not much to do other than upgrade cars.
Even a simple story race mode could go a long way.

The worst part of this game however are the incredibly frequent and intrusive ads. The game itself doesn’t have sound (which is strange to me) and randomly these ads will pop up, and unlike most pop up ads you have to wait 5 seconds to close them. Sometimes the whole 30. Now I realize developers of free games will implement ads in order to make revenue from this type of free game, which I have no problem with if I’m choosing when to view the ads (for a boost, etc.) or they aren’t frequent, but I feel like Im getting ads just as much I’m playing the game. Also on top of the annoying pop up ads there are also banner ads. It feels like the devs made a mediocre game that has potential and then they are just milking the user base.

I really really liked this game; it’s very fun and addicting. But I had to delete it because of the ads. You’ll quickly realize that roughly every other time you open the menu, an add plays automatically. Adds play automatically at other points at well. While it is extremely annoying to have ads interrupt you unprompted a couple times every minute, it would definitely be tolerable if you could mute them. I’ve tried everything, turning off my ringer, adjusting (muting) the volume within the game, attempting to adjust the volume in the settings app, but none of it works. Adds will still play at random moments, blaring at full volume. The only thing you can do to stop it is to actually mute your entire phone. It’s insane to me that an app with such a fun premise has such a glaringly obvious flaw but because of this, I had to delete it. Hopefully someday they will resolve this issue, but until then, be warned.

The car store occasionally offers a free car for agreeing to watch an ad, but in version 1.7, the free car is not awarded as promised. It might be an honest mistake, but if the developer doesn’t want their rating to plummet dramatically, it’s in their best interest to fix it. On top of that, the app will randomly force the user to watch an ad for a minimum of five seconds with each attempt to reopen the car store. It effectively distracts the mind at a time when it is extremely important not to — when the user has a problem, a solution and a plan, and is actively engaged in execution of that plan. The unexpected interruption causes the user to forget what he was doing. So the user closes the store to remind himself what he was in the middle of. Once he remembers and returns to the store, guess what, here comes another 5-second minimum ad.

Decent little game. The premise is simple and decently implemented, though touch accuracy leaves something to be desired, and when tapping is how you interact with the SW that isn’t something you should skimp on.

My biggest issue with this game is the adds, don’t get me wrong it’s free and I get that they want you to put out the 3$ for add free, but this one isn’t worth 3$... maybe 1$, but not 3$. The adds are truly RELENTLESS! I have never seen any free app with adds push them as hard as these guys have, anytime you want to do something you run about a 50% chance to get an add. I’ve gotten up to 5 adds in a row before trying to get into the menus.
And the biggest issue with the adds? The fact that the game will run a pop up add into safari to a website a 5 year old wouldn’t trust. A pop up that takes me OUT of the app ON ITS OWN, without me even touching the screen is 100% absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!

The game itself is just like any other “5 minutes to make games” that plague the App Store. If you put the game aside it’s nothing special, just another stupid time waster game that you’ll delete in about a month. However, just like any other free to play game out there, this game has ads. But it doesn’t just have ads. It is plagued with ads. It is filled with ads. And it is made with ads. Literally every 3 minutes, there’s a video ad you gotta watch and that’s if you don’t press any buttons. It’s impossible to grind because there’s a guarantee of an ad popping up when you press the car menu. The game would be fun if it weren’t for the stupid ads, and there’s no way I’m giving this garbage company my money to remove these ads. I deleted the day after I got the game. It’s bad, voodoo has some better games if you’re into this stuff.

This game is really fun for an idle game, however, once I reached rank like 27 ( not sure because I lost my progress) my game froze and when I rebooted it, all my progress and money was gone except for my level 30 car. That was kind of irritating, as now it says I only have $1000 even though I can continue buying the #1 cars like there is no tomorrow. What’s even more irritating is that whenever I open the leveled car purchasing menu, it re-freezes the game, and when I reopen it, all the stupid #1-7 or whatever cars are still there, yet my level progress is reset to 1 again.

The gameplay and concept is fine, it’s the standard fare for any App Store game, but it is done horribly. When buying a car, you are automatically set to buying the lowest lever one, with more advanced options becoming available as you level up, however purchasing them requires a different menu, and the standard buy button cannot be changed to the higher level cars. Each time you buy a new car, the price goes up which is fine for games like adventure capitalist, but here it is simply disappointing. The increase in price makes it needlessly “harder” by just making the game take longer to progress. It ruins the game in my opinion and I would appreciate if it were removed to make the game more fun.

In all honesty I am addicted to this game. I broke my back a few weeks ago so I've had a lot of time to play. There are two down sides to this game. One being the ads, it is so ridiculous and annoying. But that's not even the worse part. After playing for. Few minutes and upgrading a lot of cars and sitting through a TON of ads, the game glitches out, closes out, and looses ALL of the progress that was just gained. It's frustrating and should be fixed. ESPECIALLY if you are going to make us suffer through thousands of ads!

I don’t mind ads and I watch them on all sorts of games but this game and another I play are excessive. Even when closing a screen you are sometimes forced to watch an ad for no reason. Just clicking around the game, not even getting anything out of it, you can be met with an ad. Strange indeed.

The upgrade system is odd too. As you upgrade your vehicles it seems as if they make less money. The cost of buying vehicles is severely off balance too. You can earn money all day long but only buy two expensive cars with that money. Then if you merge them you’ll make less.
