Thanks for all the feedback. We listen to what you are asking and are striving to make improvements to the Caravan To Midnight iPhone App. Here whats new in 2.07
Episodes:
Title names - no longer truncated. Titles will appear as they do in the website. You will notice this on new Episodes and over time, older episodes will be migrated to complete titles.
Playback Index Saved per Episode - Now your position in EACH episode is saved, so that when you resume playing, the playhead will be where you last left off
Audio Speed Up on Player Screen - you can now listen to Audio Episodes at a faster rate by cycling through 1x, 1.2x or 1.5x
Continue to test against various BlueTooth Devices for compatibility.
Headsets controls should not be fully functioning.
Updated the Command Center when the app is in the background to display the Episode information and allow for skip forward and back.
Ability to erase all downloaded content exists in the Settings Panel of the device to free up space rather than having to delete one by one.
Turning this on will erase all of your content the next time you launch the app and then reset the switch to off.

Intagate Technologies (p) LTD dropped the ball on this app.
This app hangs when downloading the second of two parts of an episode.
Not having a list of downloaded programs is cumbersome requiring users to navigate unnecessarily back to the episodes page in the order to listen.
Unable to access Caravan Connect.
04/08. Once again Intagate dropped the ball. Update totally killing the app? How much longer are you going to subject us to this company? Deleted old corrupt (updated) app and installed fresh. App is closing when trying to sign in. What a cluster.
4/10. Why should I trust the latest update? You’ve hijacked the app by forcing us to update so we can’t use our current iteration? The description of the update is juvenile. Saying bug fix is inadequate. What bug? Which species of bug? This excuse of a technology company needs to return to the desert it emerged from!

Needs work
Updated- 2nd version of new App, still crashes upon open. Not usable.
Updated - Still no auto download, Still unable to download a show in the background. Not asking anyone to reinvent the wheel here, just asking for normal features. Love the show, it gets 5 stars. Hate the app for not providing basic features other podcast apps provide.

Problems w New App is Apple’s Fault
We’re all frustrated with CTM’s new app but the problems are Apple’s fault!
CTM has had to drop all links to renew subscriptions and their store due to Apple demands. CTM has resubmitted the App 7 times for Apple approval but they keep asking for more and more changes. This is not normal. Any other business is allowed to sell their memberships or products so why not CTM???
Contact Apple and tell them to quit blocking CTM and screwing up their App’s functionality!
So far I can access CTM through any web browser without functionality problems.

Unacceptable
A great show (which John b produces) deserves a great app, but this new version is a giant step backwards. Others have pointed out some of the problems,so I'll add that there is no capability to skip forward/back a given amount of time (say 30 seconds). Most importantly, there is no capability (which the old app had) to speed up audio playback without changing the pitch.
Having a good, flexible app is not optional - many of us must listen on the go, whenever we can, for however long we have.
The "What's New" for the the app lists some things that are not true - another indication that the app has not gotten the attention it deserves. Overall, a very poor and unprofessional "update."

Getting very fed up
I have been cooling my heels but very disappointed. I like to listen to the audio while multitasking. NOPE. If I listen from the website I can’t turn my ringer off my phone and listen. The website loads so slow it is insane. My listening time is my time and I don’t want incoming calls to do disrupt the podcast. If that happens I have to mess around with no ability to go back in increments to find my place. Long time subscriber, from the inception, I’m feeling very disappointed. I tried to unsubscribe and the enter button didn’t work. Calling your rear end out on the phone tomorrow to end this frustration. Sorry and God Bless. I’m done until you pull it together.

Great Show and the app works as it should
I have about 10GB of the audio show saved from lots of episodes. The downloads are extremely fast most of the time. If they are not, I go kick the xfinity router and then it gets up there.
The guests and topics rotate through covering various subjects from cyber security with John McAfee to economics with guests whose names show up in your college macroeconomics text book. It is always interesting and John B. has a good wit and sense of humor.

Worthless
It worked for awhile and then stopped. A guy from their I.T. said I needed to send proof of payment, which I did, three times. Then he told me to change my password and that didn't work. After almost two months of back and forth he admitted that the app is broken and the guy that created it went missing. I canceled my subscription and naturally got no refund. Googled lots of people like myself who quit the show in frustration who had the same experience as me. It's a shame because John has a great show but an abysmal technical and support staff and he seems to be unaware that he is losing listeners because of it.

Crashes instantly
This app is garbage. It crashes instantly upon logging in. They had it working for a while and now it’s back to crashing. I’ve been a subscriber since John started the show. The show is good, but whoever they have implementing their technology are ruining it. Stop making people who want to listen on a mobile device jump through a bunch of hoops like this broken app to get to the show. There are many companies that seem to be able to pull off the whole paid/subscription based podcast. What’s so difficult? You guys have had YEARS to figure this out.

is this a comical joke, John B, you’re always so professional on the air and seem to have a ‘take charge/take responsibility mentality’, yet you seem to give absolutely 0 you know whats about providing an app that all of your faithful listeners and customers are paying for.
Let me give you some advice i think i’d here from you...walk down/drive/fly to wherever this app is being created, fire the guy who made it, withhold payment for failure to make a workable app and then pay some decent money to an American app programmer to make this thing right.

Brother Wells I love your show! I love the guests you bring on and your commentary! Your voice was made for radio. I appreciate that you emphasize god and don't simply dish out endless information like other radio shows. It's not enough to give people bits of insight on world events and politics , it's all in vain if we don't lead them to the source of life, knowledge and wisdom! Lord Jesus Christ
