Groove Your Swing-Signature Workouts-Swing technique and flow workouts for your golf swing. These workouts designed by CardioGolf™ Creator Karen Palacios-Jansen are unique to the CardioGolf™ Program. Karen will take you through a battery of exercises designed to improve your body movement and swing technique. Consistently, repeating golf swing exercises without hitting a ball can accelerate your improvement on the golf course. Without the judgment of where the ball is going, you can repeat the correct swing motion until it is ingrained into your memory and then the motion will be comfortable and natural on the golf course. All workouts can be modified if no equipment available.
Strength and Power Workouts–These workouts help improve strength for more power in your golf swing. Here you will find full workouts featuring CardioGolf™ Certified Trainers. You do routines to help you improve your strength and power.
Flexibility and Mobility Workouts-Flexibility/mobility are the keys to a fluid golf swing. The first and foremost component of a golf-fitness program is to stretch and balance muscles before you work on developing stability, strength and speed. Here you will find routines that focus on improving flexibility and mobility.
