This is a terrible, unstable app. Waste of megabytes.

A proof of concept at best
The security model on this app is horrible. You get mailed a code which logs you into the app. You can’t change the code in the app, and there is no username or anything else. Just a short code. This might not be as big of a problem is the privacy label was correct. However this app has my name and address in it, and the developer indicates it collects no info whatsoever.
The app consists of five tabs. The first, “Home” has a few bits of info about the gym, but URLs aren’t clickable, and there is no info at all about gym hours, equipment, holidays, scheduled events, etc. There is also a button to display your bar code to check in. There is no apple wallet support, so you have to unlock your phone, open the app, and click that button to scan in and you also cannot use an apple watch to scan in.
The second tab “Classes” shows a filterable list of group fitness classes and allows you to sign up for them. However the filters are just bad (and there is no search function). If you don’t filter to a specific facility you can’t use any other filters, so there is no way to view a particular upcoming class without specifying the location you want to take it first. Oddly enough, virtual classes are only offered at specific locations, so unless you filter to the right one, none will appear. (I also don’t see any info about how to actually join a virtual class).
The third tab “Services” simply tells you that you can’t book anything online and you have to call the gym.
The fourth tab “Visits” can be used to see a list of Check-ins, Classes, OR Services you have used. But only one of those at a time. It also claims to be able to email you a list, but I have yet to see that work. There is also a button for guest passes, but it doesn’t seem to do much, and most certainly doesn’t let you request or send a guest pass (which is odd, since that is advertised in the screen shots, but is nowhere to be found).
The last tab “Profile” shows your name, and membership type (which can’t be changed), as well as your address, which can be changed in spite of the privacy label saying no data is collected about you. There is no information about billing, payment, etc.
So, in short, this app feels like a really early proof of concept for what a gym app could look like. It is more work to scan your ID with it than just using the key tab, and the only other even mildly useful feature is a list of classes that can be poorly filtered.
Since this is a licensed app, I just hope the gym didn’t actually pay anything for it. (And wish there was some way to report that the privacy label is wrong).
