Too Much Access to “Friends”
Great site to share care plan, documents, contacts, calendar and more. It’s perfect for us 5 siblings to coordinate care for our dad. Biggest issue is “friends” and “inner circle” can see almost everything. I was going to upload my dad’s medical cards, Medicare Card, etc, but realized friends and inner circle can see them as well. I find this very intrusive. There’s absolutely no need for anyone else to see private documents. Therefore, the cousins we invited had to be cancelled or revoked. My advice to the developers is to allow the administrators to pick and choose categories for each group type to see. For example, friends can only read Wellness Journal, and inner circle can see that plus a couple other categories such as meds, calendar, messages. Until this happens, we’re just keeping this between the siblings.

Great idea
I briefly tried out to other apps and this one seems to be more intuitive and easier to use than others. Two complaints I have right now are – if someone makes a typo in their group message and doesn’t see it till later there doesn’t appear to be a way to edit or delete that message. This ability would make Messages more efficient. Second complaint is – there are no sounds or notifications coming through on my iPhone so I’m not aware that someone has made an entry or left a message until I go check manually.

Ok but doesn’t help for things that are necessary to track medically
Been trying to find an app that can do what Walmart wellness/CareZone did. Wish the calendar appts would go to everyone in inner circles category instead of only to the person assigned. Family needs to have all appts go to their calendars so they can track outside of the ap. Plus, if you make a change it doesn’t update your calendar but adds a new entry. Controls for date and time are also finicky.
No trackers for weight/bp/sugar level/food or fluid intake. No allergy list.
Great idea for contacts but should integrate it with the calendar appts because it’s frustrating to have to enter every detail for each dr appt when they are already in the contacts list.
Also no way to print/export the med list and you have to go into each one to see the details.

New feature request
Solid app. Like the daily care plan that reloads the same tasks each day and the to do list that’s just random stuff that needs to be done once. That’s a key differentiator. Didn’t see others with the option.
Would be good to have option to set EACH task to weekly or daily, nut just the overall task list.
Would be good to have a place to track health metrics like weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and “other- user defined” which can be graphed. Would be good to allow the health data to be written in from other apps.

Functional
The app serves it’s function. Problem I’ve been having is reaching customer support. It can be several days before you get a reply through Chat box and when I do get a reply, it’s the same answer/directions which do not help solve the problem where a family member cannot join. Unfortunately, there is no number to call.
Also, when a member adds something to the calendar, you get an alert of the addition, but the alert does not show the date.

Great potential!
Love this app so far - from a developer perspective, it makes great use of hot alerts and is super clean and easy to read. Only complaint is that after a save, the page doesn't reload with the new info and if you try to navigate to another page after the save, the app crashes. Small bugs that can be fixed quickly though.

Lifeline!
This app has been a lifeline for me as a caregiver relying information to family. I love the ability to leave notes for the family to check in on. I would suggest a new method to invite people to join. One family member has issues using email so hasn’t joined the village. We have been using this for over a year with no issues so thank you! 😇🙏🏼

Great tool for caregivers
I have been using this app for about a month now with my grandma, for whom I’m providing care. It has a ton of great features and allows you to communicate with a team effortlessly. This app is a total lifesaver!

Great but I wish it had 2 more features
This is a great app for the whole family to help my grandpa. I wish it kept pending volunteer requests on the dashboard and while you can have repeating events you can’t have more than one person sign up. For example, we have a recurring event to take him to the store. It would be great to be given the option to claim one or all recurring events.

This app keeps getting better and better
I love having the ability to store documents, meds and get articles about my loved one’s disease.
