Exactly what I needed
I’ve been loving this app!! I was in a workout rut before this and struggled with having a routine, which didn’t make me feel great. I love that these workouts are so focused on specific body parts, and are quick and straight to the point. They’ve really helped my mindset and make me want to feel strong, which I love!!

She is so inspiring and makes exercising so much fun and easy for beginners. The app is easy to navigate and has an amazing touch of daily motivation—so cute!! I follow you on Instagram and just wanted to say your workout have always been one of my favorite routines to follow. I believe it would be awesome to have voice auto in the video, so you can instruct exactly how to do every movement (especially when it comes to gym equipment.) other then that your app is super neat.
